Hayden Panettiere Parties With Entourage

Hayden Panettiere heats up the season six premiere of Entourage on Thursday (July 9) at the Paramount Studio Lot in Los Angeles.

The 19-year-old Heroes hottie wore a cream strapless cocktail dress with seafoam green beaded leather overlay by Christian Cota. She accessorized with Van Cleef & Arpels jewel, anude Christian Louboutin peep-toes and a Rene Caovilla clutch.

Hayden and fellow underage actress Alexis Dziena (pictured inside) sipped water at the Belvedere Vodka-sponsored event.
