Leighton Meester & Jessica Szohr: Cafe Gitane Girls
Gossip Girl starlets Leighton Meester and Jessica Szohr do a little shopping in Nolita at INA, a high-end fashion consignment shop, in New York City on Wednesday afternoon (July 22).
The girls then ate French-Moroccan food at Cafe Gitane, a cute hipster hangout in the neighborhood.
Both Leighton and Jessica are dating guys from their CW series (respectively, Sebastian Stan and Ed Westwick).
FYI: Leighton is toting around the Jimmy Choo “Anouck” bag.

Love their summer-cool shades. Gossip Girl should let Blair (Leighton) and Vanessa (Jessica) become friends on the show. I totally enjoyed their repartee back in Season One where Blair came to tell Vanessa she’s paid her rent for a year and Vanessa tells Blair what she’s done with Chuck’s money. There was a comedic moment. Maybe B and V will be friends at NYU? Reluctantly, of course. Haha.

Mmmmm… French - Moroccan… sounds good! Although I’ve never had it. I’ve had Ethiopian & Indian and they were definitely different. I liked indian better. Ethiopian was boring.
