Penelope Cruz is Broken in Berlin
Penelope Cruz attends the Los Abrazos Rotos (Broken Embrace) premiere at cinema Kulturbrauerei in Berlin, Germany on Monday (August 3).
The 35-year-old Spanish actress also recently finished her next film Nine, a musical adaptation of a Federico Fellini film, where she’ll play a burlesque dancer.
When asked about her most difficult audition, Penelope said, “Probably the one for Nine, for the musical, because I had to do many and because we had to sing and dance and things that I had not done before. But I loved the auditions actually, I knew there was no other way to get the movie without going through that.”

If actors aren’t asked to star in films by the directors or etc, they have to audition if they want a role in a film. Always happens.

She doesn’t look fat, but every since last May I notice she looks like she has gained a little (but not a lot) of weight. She is still beautiful and glamours. I hope she is pregnant. This year it seems like a lot of celebs are having a baby.

She made sure to date famous actors to get her career on track, but she does have some talent, unlike Jen Garner who also dated actors to pave her way.
Yeah, I think she’s definitely preggers. Penelope is one of those unusual beauties, like Uma, for example. She’s not pretty like Halle Berry, but the way her features are put together are very striking and stunning. I think she’s gorgeous, but I can understand how some don’t see it. Their loss, actually.
While I am not a fan,I certainly can’t call her ugly because she is beautiful.I’m only curious about her because she is Javier Bardem’s girlfriend and he is a GREAT actor and a very hot man! She does look fuller in the middle but it’s hard tell if she is pregnant or not.She’s lucky to have such a nice guy,hope she can keep him.
Wow she’s gained weight! She looks heavy compared to just a few years ago. Still pretty, of course, but no doubt she’s put on 20 or so pounds.
