Taylor Momsen is Necktie Nice
Taylor Momsen gets glammed up on the NYC set of Gossip Girl on Tuesday (August 4).
The 16-year-old rising starlet wore a pair of Jimmy Choo “Emanuel” patent sandals and a Be & D “Garbo” satchel in black/nickel.
Taylor will reportedly be heading to London’s Fashion Week in September for the Topshop show. The UK phenomenon has been getting tremendous momentum in the U.S. since it opened its first store across the pond in April. Other possible notables heading to London Fashion Week include Blake Lively, Olivia Palermo, Anne Hathway, the Olsen twins, Whitney Port and Kate Bosworth.

It is because they are really good at walking. Have you ever seen Leighton Meester walk? She is excellent at it. And Michelle Trachtenberg is one of the best walkers in showbiz. I think the reason they hired Hilary Duff is cause she knows how to walk too. Hilary gets a lot of practice walking and is really strong too.
