Leighton Meester: Teen Choice Awards’ Choice TV Actress!

Leighton Meester picks up the award for Choice TV Actress at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday afternoon (August 9) in Universal City, Calif.

The 23-year-old actress wore a Louis Vuitton dress, Brian Atwood “Zenith” Mary Janes, Cathy Waterman jewels and a Nina Ricci clutch.

The TCAs will be hosted by the Jonas Brothers and will air TOMORROW, August 10 @ 8-10PM ET/PT on FOX.

Other pictures include Leighton arriving at LAX airport prior to the TCAs (in MiH ‘Oslo’ jeans in Ligurian washn and nude suede “Electra” booties from Brian Atwood).
