Gossip Girl starlet Taylor Momsen waves to fans while walking through the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens as she gets set for the next scene on Monday (August 17).
The 16-year-old rising star was filming a scene with her on-set dad, Matthew Settle (Rufus Humphrey).

omg she looks like a total drug addict!! it’s hard to believe that she is 1 year younger than me! I go out a lot and know people who do drugs and no one looks as bad as she does!!
she’s too young to look and dress that way although she does have great fashion. the fame is getting to her. she’s getting big headed.

daren…the comments are real. she can look good but she has to know how to look good at her age. the girl is ONLY 16 and dresses too flashy for her age. But I guess she can pull it off because the girl is making bank.

I would absolutely love to see Taylor walk out of her trailer in ugg boots (not heels, i have never seen this girl wea flats!) trackpants, an oversized sweater, no make up and a smile on her dial. I mean, no 16 year old from Australia (where im from) dresses like this!!! Come on Taylor, stop trying to look so drugged out!!!!

i agree with daren. sooo because she doesn’t look, act or dress like the other cookie cutter poster girls you people jump to the conclusion that she’s on drugs. so lame…grow a brain. she’s an individual who happens to be unique and have her OWN sense of style.
She makes Lindsay Lohan and Mischa Barton look like nuns. Just imagine what she will look like when shes their age.
