Katy Perry - MTV VMAs 2009

Katy Perry looks fierce in a creation by The Blonds as she arrives at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Sunday (September 13).

Before the show, the 24-year-old singer gave a quick tweet to new friend Taylor Swift.

“I hear ur dressing room is next door to me!” tweeted Katy. “Just know if you need to borrow a cup o’ sugar, I’m your girl. Good luck 2day doll.”

Recently the two singers were spotted having a dinner together.

FYI: Katy wore a pair of JudeFrances diamond hoop earrings.

This look is okay. She is definitely showing off her evenly tanned legs which makes up for the part of the dress that has been shredded off, her makeup is event appropriate, and I love the shoes. Nice job done Katy! A+.

We agree w/some of ya’s. The dress is great- she looks super- Love her great Legs, but love them even more in Silky Pantyhose! She has quite a huge fanbase just on her Modeling sexy Pantyhose alone!
