Lauren Conrad - MTV VMAs 2009

Lauren Conrad keeps it elegant in a Diane von Furstenberg dress and Jimmy Choo heels as she arrives at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards held at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Sunday (September 13).

The 22-year-old Hills alum recently graced the cover of Shape Magazine. “I’ve learned that you’ve got to stay true to yourself,” she told the magazine. “It’s the only way you’ll be really happy.”

Catch a glimpse of LC on the 2009 Video Music Awards, airing live at 9PM ET/PT on MTV.

FYI: Lauren is wearing a few spike rings from the Broken English store.

omg. that makeup is TERRIBLE! who let her out in public like that??? its like someone caked on orange wet & wild all over her skin….i mean her skin can’t be that bad, what exactly is she trying to hide with all that smack?
how embarrassing…a fifteen year old could do a better job.
