Blake Lively is Floral Flirty

Gossip Girl hottie Blake Lively dons a short floral dress, and bright red shoes as she strolls onto set in Midtown, New York City on Tuesday (September 15).

The 22-year-old Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants actress is set to present awards at the primetime Emmy’s, along with Kiefer Sutherland and Tina Fey.

Tina is nominated for Best Actress in a Comedy (30 Rock) and Kiefer is nominated for his role in a 24 special. The awards ceremony takes place on Sunday.

I’m so over Blake. She wears the same damn thing ALL the time. The costume department have no imagination cos everything is so predictable. It’s either something really short or something with a plunging neckline… BORING.
Blake also wears these types of clothes to events so it’s not like she has any imagination either.
