Taylor Momsen continues to grow up in front of her eyes as she dons fishnet stockings on the set of Gossip Girl on the Upper East Side of New York City on Monday (September 14).
The 16-year-old has been quite the fashionista this week, moving about Fashion Week in New York City.
On Friday, Taylor continued with her fashion forward outfits, rocking out a black garter belt while performing with her band, The Pretty Reckless, during Fashion’s Night Out.
