Tracy Morgan disses some of his former SNL castmates in his hilarious new memoir, “I Am The New Black,” out October 20.
The 40-year-old 30 Rock star jokes, “None of the cast I came up with saw this future in me. … All I have to say about that is, where’s Chris Kattan now? Where’s Cheri Oteri now? That b—- can’t even get arrested.”
In a recent interview with GQ, Tracy is asked about overlap between himself and his 30 Rock character, Tracy Jordan. His answer: “Tracy Jordan is a part of Tracy Morgan; Tracy Morgan is not a part of Tracy Jordan. Again: Tracy Jordan is a part of Tracy Morgan; Tracy Morgan is not a part of Tracy Jordan. I’m not running around on the street in my underwear with a light saber… My stand-up is nothing like the TV show. My sense of humor is a turkey, and I pull it out of the oven and baste it in reality.
