Avril Lavigne ‘Not Dating’ Billionaire
Last week, Avril Lavigne filed for divorce from her husband, Sum 41 singer Deryck Whibley, but rumors are circulating around the Internet that she’s already moved on to Dole Food Company billionaire Justin Murdock.
“They’re not dating,” a source tells JustJared.com. “In fact, they haven’t even met!”
Avril and Deryck were married for three years. The divorce documents cite “irreconcilable differences.” The pair collaborated on Avril’s forthcoming album.

It is amazing that someone’s entire job is to come up with things like “irreconcilable differences”, four years in an Ivy League law school and that is the sum total of why they have timeshares in exotic sportscars provided as part of their signing bonus. On a serious note, Avril is turning 17 this year so it isn’t a surprise that this marriage is ending…really? She’s 25? Hmmm, who knew. Goodbye Skater Boy, hello corporate billionaire.
