Jessica Stroup: Voice Awards Represent!
Jessica Stroup shows off her gorgeous gams in a Chloe dress at the 2009 Voice Awards at Paramount Studios on Wednesday (October 14) in Los Angeles.
The Voice Awards recognizes writers and producers who have given a voice to people with mental health problems by incorporating dignified, respectful, and accurate portrayals of these individuals into television and film productions.
The 22-year-old actress, who sparkled in House of Lavande jewels, accepted an award on behalf of CW’s 90210 for the episodes “Off the Rails” and “Okaeri, Donna!” (they addressed bipolar disorder).

I was actually there last night. I saw her at the lobby before the ceremony started I didnt get the chance to say hi. It was such an honor to attend such great awareness.
