90210 starlet Shenae Grimes is doling out fashion tips via Minkette.com, the online community for all things designer Rebecca Minkoff. Here’s what the 19-year-old Canadian actress had to say about the dos and don’ts of shoulder pads:

The structure of this trend actually lends to a very flattering female form and can be interpreted in different ways to suit the individual.”
