Katie Holmes Sheer Looks Elle-egant
Katie Holmes keeps it playful in in a sheer top, black bra and Azzedine Alaia skirt at the 2009 Elle Women in Hollywood Tribute at the Four Seasons Hotel on Monday (October 19) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 30-year-old actress is on the November 2009 cover of Elle.
Yesterday, Katie was seen shopping at Maxfield in Beverly Hills. That’s the store that will exclusively be selling her fashion line Holmes-Yang.

Hey, I’m over 40 and I don’t look that bad, so stop comparing Katie to women over 40 please!!!! I think it’s the sadness in her eyes that ages her…that, and the ugly clothes she wears. Plaster enough makeup on a face and anyone can look good, in my opinion.

A little ‘tacky’, perhaps, but TO EACH THEIR OWN..and she could use a more *supportive* bra to enhance the “look”. She DOES always look ‘hauntingly’ sad..like her heart/soul/life has been sucked right out of her. Tom seems like a *control freak* who prances her/Suri out as a ‘prize, trophy, or possession’. She DOES seem like a doting MOM, so that’s a “good thing” ~ but I often wonder if these “HOLLYWOOD” MOMS/DADS just primp/parade around with their kids for the cameras for SHOW - or if they are really as involved/active with their children as they’d like us to believe. {*sigh* guess that’s the cynic in me when it comes to ANYTHING involving the rich/famous}.

You think by now she would know how to pose! Slouching, knock-kneed- pigeon toed, with NO confidence. And who died? Looks like she’s going to a funeral!!! She knows she doesnt belong there and it shows.
She has such beautiful green eyes, her hair looks lovely again, there is a softness to her face, like what she is wearing very much, everyone is more or less wearing the same style of dress, she is different, stunning!
