Freida Pinto & Dev Patel: Lilac in London
Slumdog Millionaire stars Freida Pinto and Dev Patel wear complementary purple hues as they walk through London on Tuesday (October 20).
Dev, 19, held hands with Freida, 25, as they walked together. They’ve been spotted in public being more affectionate recently after post-Slumdog speculation ran rampant about their relationship.
Both stars will have movies out next year - Freida recently finished shooting a still untitled Woody Allen movie, while Dev will appear as Zuko in The Last Airbender, directed by M. Night Shyamalan.
FYI: Freida is wearing boots by Roger Vivier.

She’s not old, 25 is young. It’s cute that she’s dating a younger man. Usually you see the opposite. If it works for them, why not?

She is gorgeous and I don’t use that description lightly. Six years is not that big of a difference. I think what throws people off is that he is only 19. If they were 27 and 33 it wouldn’t phase most people.
asha- how old are you? Not attacking, just curious. At 19 or 20 I always said I wouldn’t date anyone younger, not even by a couple of years. Now that I am late 20s, I am more open to the idea.
Well, they do say females mature more quickly than males. So in that sense it makes a big diff and I do think maturity wise one is a lot more mature at 25 than 19, regardless of gender. Of course it’s an individual thing, so who knows. They are really cute together and she’s beyond lovely.

For goodness sake, let the age difference go! If the ages were reversed they’d be no age gap discussion. They look in love and happy. So many people never get to experience anything like what they seem to have together.
I’m 5 years older than my boyfriend. That’s no different than 6 years, I guess. Studies show that relationships in which the women are older tend to last longer. Well, according to Dr. Bones. haha..
