Hilary Duff is Ken Paves Pretty
Hilary Duff gets glamorous at the Ken Paves hair salon in Los Angeles on Thursday (October 22).
The 22-year-old actress fed the meter before getting her hair done, but unfortunately, got a parking ticket anyway. Argh!
Hilary was working in New York City earlier this week, filming The Business of Falling in Love and an episode of Gossip Girl.
She’ll start work on The Story of Bonnie and Clyde - where she’ll plays Bonnie to Kevin Zegers‘ Clyde - later this year.

The hair looks dry - lots of frizzies on it. Also, the purse, scarf, etc. does not cover the fat. We can still see it. Nice try though.
