Hilary Duff & Ashley Greene: Confederacy Cute

Hilary Duff and Ashley Greene come out to support artist Todd DiCiurcio during his Heartstrings exhibition at the Confederacy store on Saturday (October 24) in Los Angeles.

Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick hosted the event and was accompanied by his co-star (and real-life girlfriend) Jessica Szohr.

Other pics include Ashley (in a Simdog dream catcher v-neck tee) arriving at LAX airport with Twilight co-star Kellan Lutz. The twosome will be hosting a Halloween party this weekend at the Las Vegas Venetian Hotel’s Tao and Lavo nightclubs.

FYI: Hilary is wearing an “Ossie” tunic by Ella Moss.
