Carrie Underwood to Mike Fisher: I Love You!
Carrie Underwood gave her boyfriend, hockey player Mike Fisher, a shout-out on the pamphlet of new CD, Play On, in stores TODAY.
Here’s the touching note that Carrie wrote for Mike:
“Thank you #12 (Mike’s jersey number for the Ottawa Senators). You are the most amazing addition to my life! You are such a wonderful person and have had such an amazing hand in the building of this album and in the growth of me as a person. I love you so much! You make my life better in every way! I thank God for you every day… xoxo, Carrie.”

Mike Fisher is an awesome guy! He comes into my work periodically and is such a nice, charismatic guy- always a treat when he comes in! Way to go Carrie- best of luck to both of you!

@jjjj: Is Taylor married to any of the guys that she mentions in the songs on her albums? No. If this guy has changed her life for the better then she should mention him. talent is what makes a queen in any genre, and Carrie has more of that then Taylor does. Get lost.

Awwww…so cute. I bet she feels a little self conscious that her liner note thank you is now all over the internet. I know she put it out there by writing it in the 1st place but still. It’s not a big thing, just kind of funny.
Why can’t more young women be like Carrie Underwood? Stop glamorizing the weirdos and she shameless. Carrie will likely marry a great guy (perhpas this beau) have a couple of kids and live an honorable life like so many other talented female country and western artists. They look great, they are good people, they love God, and their families and marriages are intact.
Carrie deserves such happiness.

@jjjj: Neither Taylor or Carrie are “Country” artists. They’re pop stars who sample country twangs. They’re brand of “Country” is too vanilla, like Winona Judd would say.
Mike Fisher is highly respected in Canada for his leadership on and off the field. For his Foundation that helps kids, for his hockey school, and for leading his life as a devout Christian.
Carrie, you go girl, you got a keeper. PS and his body rocks thats a +!
