Katy Perry Supports Russell Brand’s Soccer Team

Katy Perry arrives at boyfriend Russell Brand’s home in London on Friday (November 6).

The 25-year-old singer had just returned from hosting the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards in Berlin, Germany. During the show, Katy wore a corset and hot pants in the colors of Russell’s beloved West Ham United soccer team. (The back of her underwear reads “Rusty” — Rustyrockets is Russell’s Twitter handle.)

Russell tweeted, “Wow. Now MY GIRLFRIEND has worn a West Ham basque while hosting the EMA’s. What a day!I might revive Gandhi and ask if he wants to be mates.”

He added, “Yes I will be taking her to a game [on Sunday] – West Ham Vs Everton. And, before it begins, no I won’t be taking her up the Arsenal. x” Always the jokester…

@tealeaf: he looks really well groomed actually. look how shiny his hair is. glossy thick curls. he looks better than ever…im so glad he got rid of that nasty beehive he had a year or two ago…that was out of control.
i like these two together, i just hope katy can keep up with him. he’s extremely quick witted and intelligent.
