Gisele Bundchen & Tom Brady Welcome Son
Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady have welcomed a son, sources tell People.
The 32-year-old New England Patriots quarterback said that he knew the gender of the baby but that Gisele, 29, preferred not to know.
“She’s a very intelligent woman,” he said in an interview with WEEI Sports Radio. “I wanted to find out and she didn’t, so she said, ‘Go ahead.’ It will be a surprise for her.”
No word on the baby’s name or other details of the birth yet.
If it’s true, congratulations to the happy family!!

Oh I know he is gonna be a beautiful baby with a gorgeous German mother and a handsome American, German ancestry father. Was the baby born in America? I hope so that would make him an American baby.
congrats on the new baby boy!
american.. german.. dãr…
the name: G A B R I E L!!
this is first.
Germany:
Any baby born in US is American, you want it or not.
Any baby born outside US that has a US Citizen as father or mother, is American. Their baby has dual citizenship: American and Brazilian.
She is not from Germany, she is from Brazil and in South Brazil, everybody has their Great Grandmother / Great Grandfather from Italy, Germany, Portugal, Belgium…
This is what happening when you skip some classes, you don’t know the basics and someone on a gossip site explain that to you. It made my day.

—> “I was born in Horizontina, a town in the backcountry of (Brazilian) state Rio Grande do Sul. The town was once mainly colonized by Germans. In the school which I attended, learning German was actually obligatory from third grade on. But being out of touch with the language for such a long time, I unfortunately forgot it. [...] I belong to the sixth generation of my family in Brazil.[10] “
Never go to Wikipedia for the facts about anything. That website is filled with falsehoods and down right lies since practically anybody with a grudge to settle and make up things and post them as facts! I see, #^, that you frequent that site. Go to official governmental website about Brazil to learn the turth of its inhabitants and ethnic groups, not Wiki.
Yes, it is true. The baby boy was born Tuesday night but so far no name or any other details have been announced. Tom spoke briefly at his regular weekly Pats press conference about ” not getting much sleep” Tuesday night. He did say everyone was doing great but would not answer any other personal questions…” Lets just talk football”
Gisele was spotted shopping at a the Atrium Mall this past weekend with her mom and twin sister so it seems some family members were here in Boston for the birth.
Anyway, congratulations to Tom, Gisele and their families…what a wonderful Christmas they will all have for sure!
So, she is still ethnic German that doesn’t change a thing.
it should have been Leo’s baby..
must be a sad day for him
She was 2 months pregnant when she got married on april?
“She’s a very intelligent woman”? Lol, because she didn’t want to know the sex of the baby? Seems like a very weird comment….
I guess she know know, eh?
Gisele is Brazilian not german
Congrats!
Gisele is Latina
Frida: I was thinking the same exact thing- I thought maybe it was 2 different sentences shoved together…how does not wanting to know the baby’s sex = intelligence??
Gisele is not some stupid Latina. All of the white people in Brazil immigrated there from European countries and they all speak Portuguese. Just because she was born in South America doesn’t make her Latina, a stupid tern invented by some French guy in order to make sense of the total geographic area. You ignorant Hispanics are always trying to claim Brazil as Hispanic but Brazil is totally different from the Spanish speaking countries in South America. It’s people are different and so is its culture. Brazil was never colonized by Spain nor were its citizens enslaved by the Spanish like the Spanish speaking Hispanics. Giselle is German through and through whose ancestors immigrated to Brazil. Also, there are more Italians living in Brazil outside of Italy than in the United States. Brazil has nothing to do with Peru, Columbia, Venezuela…Brazil stands on its own and has never and never will be Hispanic. She is still a german from brazil.
Spanish speaking peoples in America especially always want to claim white people from Latin America for their own, but there is a world of difference. The white people in Brazil and Argentina are basically European and were never the slaves of the Spanish. The only thing they have in common with the Hispanics is speaking the language of Spain. Otherwise, nothing, nada, zippo. Spain enslaved the Hispanics they did not make Brazil its slaves. You deluded spanish speakers need a major history lesson about the world and its inhabitants.
they look a lot a like…is it just me who thinks that?
Brazilians speak Portuguese. If a Chinese woman was born in Brazil does that make her Latina? I think she would still be Chinese wouldn’t she. And if the culture of Brazil is an amalgamation of various European countries and Nigeria and Angola, how could it be Hispanic/Latin in origin? Many people are mislead and confused about Brazil, I know I was until I research that country for my own edification. You should too, because it will enlightened you to the facts. Brazil is very complex.
Gisele is brazilian! if she isn’t brazilian, half country isn’t too because according to CIA fact book 50% of brazilians are white. So there are italian, german, polishe, portuguese, spanish and brazilians are just the black ones. Brazil is a melting pot! I’m sorry about my bad english

Beatrice, there is nothing wrong with your English since you are no doubt an American Hispanic. Fifty percent of Brazilians are indeed white and from European stock, but not Hispanic stock, so why is that so difficult for you to understand. Brazil is not Hispanic in culture nor its people. Giselle is a white, German Brazilian women we know that.
Latin (lingua lătīna, pronounced [laˈtiːna]) is an Italic language[3] originally spoken in Latium and Ancient Rome. With the Roman conquest, Latin spread throughout the Mediterranean and a large part of Europe. Romance languages such as Catalan, French, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, and Spanish are descended from Latin,[4] while many others, especially European languages, have inherited and acquired much of their vocabulary from it. It was the international language of science and scholarship in central and western Europe until the 17th century, when it was gradually replaced by vernacular language.

Portugal’s name derives from the Roman name Portus Cale. Cale was the name of an early settlement located at the mouth of the Douro River, which flows into the Atlantic Ocean in the north of what is now Portugal. Around 200 BC, the Romans took the Iberian Peninsula from the Carthaginians during the Second Punic War, and in the process conquered Cale and renamed it Portus Cale (Port of Cale). During the Middle Ages, the region around Portus Cale became known by the Suevi and Visigoths as Portucale. The name Portucale evolved into Portugale during the 7th and 8th centuries, and by the 9th century, that term was used extensively to refer to the region between the rivers Douro and Minho, the Minho flowing along what would become the northern border between Portugal and Spain. By the 11th and 12th century, Portugale was already referred to as Portugal.

Roman Culture, Christianity, have had more or less the same strong influence in both countries, Spain and Portugal. Are they really that different?
Latin countries speak romance languages: Italy, Spain, Portugal, even France and Romania.
So, in a sense, could be that Portuguese acted more like americans in the sense of mixing at the time of the Conquest, they did not mix as much, but at the same time it was more of the same thing, slavery, taking frome the coutry everything (gold, silver, precious stones, etc) to take to their homeland). They have the same roots, they are not much different than Gallegos, they have been independent countries, but much related due to the border and being in the Iberic Peninsula. Why the hate toward Hispanic people?
Children stay home longer and are closer to parents than in other cultures. Large meals shared with families, more cheerful people, open, etc. That’s a characteristic of “latins”
I laugh at the categorizations that some people make here, particularly about Southamerican Countries and in America. MAybe Giuselle would just say, rightfully, that she is Brazilian. She is Brazilian in culture, and she is by right of birth, more brazilian than german, and maybe she is not angry at being called “latina”. You should call her and aske her what she feels.
