Victoria Beckham: A Funeral Before Fashion
Victoria Beckham (in her own design) attends the 2009 British Fashion Council Awards held at the Royal Courts Justice in London on Wednesday (December 9).
The 35-year-old English singer and fashion designer attended the annual event that honored fellow designers, talents, and models in the fashion world.
Vicky B arrived at the event solo after attending the funeral of Joseph West, the grandfather of her husband David Beckham.

NOW…#3 & #4, it’s all about commitments. It’s her job, many people rely on her for their jobs & her attendance at this event meant a lot to people, the publicity she creates brings in & keeps jobs - most of all, IT’S HER DUTY & SHE KNOWS IT.
We don’t know what she was going through & the funeral aftermath, it’s silly for her to be judged.

Yes, all life should cease once a person has died. Even taking the time to plan the memorial is disrespectful when you should be mourning constantly. Please, she went to the funeral and then to work! Life goes on!
Who says one SHOULD stay home after a funeral??! She doesn’t need to stay at home. Same as David. It’s their own choice to stay at home or not after that. After all..Joe (RIP) was not her granddad. And I bet she has to go there after all because she already gave her commitment to go. Same as David when he stayed in SA last week. And what more..they even went to the Harper’s Bazaar dinner the night BEFORE the funeral. Nothing’s wrong at all. People have to live when they are still living! After all..she wears black here!!

Sorry but it is just tacky to celebrate something after you attend a funeral. Unless its celebrating that person’s life, spending a day mourning and laying low means that for this one day… its NOT about you Victoria. Good Lord.
