America Ferrera is engaged to marry her longtime boyfriend, director Ryan Piers Williams, her rep confirms to JustJared.com.

The 26-year-old Ugly Betty alum first met her beau of several years at USC, when he cast her in a student film!

America flashed her bling yesterday as she walked the red carpet at the premiere of The Illusionist at the Edinburgh Film Festival.

Congratulations to the happy couple!!
