OlderDev Patel: 'Last Airbender' Tokyo Premiere!
Dev Patel suits up in Burberry at the Tokyo premiere of his new hit film The Last Airbender at Japan’s LaLaport Toyosu on Tuesday (July 6).
The Last Airbender came in second this weekend at the box office, but grosses a very respectable $69.3 million over the five-day-weekend, according to BoxOfficeMojo. Eclipse came in first place for a massive six-day-weekend of $176.3 million!
The Last Airbender blasts into theaters in Japan on July 17!

I am very happy for the success of this Dev Patel’s movie. He is a great actor and he deserves it. I hope that him have very much luck in Hollywood.

As much as I like Dev Patel, M. Night is an idiot and this movie is racist.
Casting white heroes and brown villains when the heroes in the TV series are Asian and Inuit.

Besides the race issue, it’s a poorly made movie.
I saw this movie and it was a really good movie. The racist behavior of some people for this movie have been awful. What is wrong with the one person that keep posting the horrible racist junk.

Its sad to see what envy and jealousy does to people…there are literally 4 out of the 13 people who’ve left comments that are encouraging and well intended..the other lot (possibly one person with multiple UGLY personalities) have to seriously contemplate their place one earth. i can bet they have low self esteem trying to mask it with this pompous over confident loose mouth fake attitude and honestly that will take you no where my friend. i pity you!
having said that Dev is GREAT and he will continue shinning becuase he has some real talent there. it may take a while and the haters will never go away but he will really be a force to reckon with!
