The man is Mickey. He's her security/bodyguard when they're in Europe. She met him during the military training she did for Tomb Raider. He's some retired British para-military expert. The woman is her personal assistant Holly. She's not a babysitter. She's probably in France because Angelina was doing a photoshoot. Angie has a nanny. She's a retired field officer for the U.N. I believe she was a teacher. Angelina met her on one of her trips to a refugee camp and hired her as Maddox's nanny. She was with them leaving LAX for Davios, in Japan, coming back from the D.R., on TGS set in NY, etc. This type of photographs in Paris are nothing compared to what they'd be going through if they were in LA.

Does anyone remember in the Diane Sawyer interview that Brad said he wanted to minimalize his wardrobe? His values have changed. When it's important to dress up, he will and so will she. When it's important to be comfortable, spend less (for maternity clothes for example) they will. Have any of you clothes critics been parents? Taken your kids to the park? Fed them when they throw up on you? Good grief. . .what difference does it make anyway? There have been plenty of pictures of both B&A (after their relationship started) when they are dressed beautifully. I admire their decision to spend less on things that don't matter.

Angelina is smiling in a couple of the photos Just Jared just posted. She also kissed her son. Also if you looked at the people around her , they were not smiling in most picture. People , IMO usually do not go around walking with smiles all the time. Maybe , it was cold. Maybe they were thinking. There are many reasons why they may or may not be smiling.
If people were taking photos of me in my day to day likfe, I'm sure most of my photos would show me not smiling. I'm not an unhappy person overall.

Ahh the life in the 3rd trimester, those of you who know what I mean :) Zeta-Jones talked about it in Ocean12 interview how hard it was, too. Soon Brad will have to cut her toe nails, push her off the bed in the morning, help her out of bathtub... My husband gained some weight during my pregnancies sympathetically as many fathers-to-be do; Brad might too!

I think I might have mentioned before, in that same interview Zeta-Jones said, "I want to enjoy my life as a wife, mother as well as I enjoy my work" not so subtle a hint to we know who. But then, Zeta-Jones already has an Oscar and can relax.

This is my first online comment ever. I just want to say I admire this family. I was never a real fan of either Angelina, Brad or Jennifer. I started feeling for Angie and Brad more till the whole media mess began. I'm not saying who is right or who is wrong here. Because, really, marriage is hard and needs hard working and real efforts. Meanwhile it's so complicated and sensitive. From what I see, I can't really blame Brad for his marriage broke-up. Neither Jennifer should have taken the full responsibility for their breakup. To me, it seems their marriage didn't work out even they may have tried very hard. Life always has its own mind sometimes. That's why let's all live ours fulfilled and happily. Meanwhile, Courtney was so much more behind Brad in saying that he was an honest guy and couldn't be malicious or hurtful. I love it that Angie signed Maddox up for judo. As Beth said, starting young is good to instill discipline and coordination. I took a kungfu class once and completely enjoyed it - except for the hardcore, fanatical girls (it was an all-female class) who thought they were auditioning for Charlie Angel's. lol. Martial arts is also a good exercise. Now if I can only find a good martial-arts exercise DVD to add to my salsa DVD, I'll be set.

Anyhow, to answer 81's question about the "anti-ring" the best that I've read so far. Brad has officially claimed the ring came from a friend. I believe he began to wear it either sometime after their W magazine shoot or during their African trip (not really sure and I can find pictures dating only as far as their ShowWest appearance in March 17th; but those ShowWest pictures don't show his right hand which he wears the ring). He might have answered differently in his interview with Diane Sawyer, but he did say in a print interview that the ring, which he calls the "anti-ring" to be from a friend. I guess it's an unspoken truth that the ring came from AJ.

I would be curious if anyone knew the symbolism in the ring, if she or he is familiar with that kind of ring.

My father recently met Angelina Jolie and Brad and he says angelina is a very smart, sophisticated woman and she doesn't really care what people are saying about her, all she cares about is her family. he didnt say much about brad except that he was very nice lol. anyway hope that helps with the question of why they wear the same clothes all the time.

As much as I love seeing pictures of Brad, a pregnat Angie and the children, I feel bad that they ARE stalked all the time by the paparazzi. They have more pictures on the net and in magazines than any other star, it seems.

But I did notice that the paps in Paris seem to only use their zoom lens because in most of the pictures, Maddox and Zahara are looking away from the camera as if they don't even know they are being photographed.

It's hard being a mega-mega star sometimes. Angelina is looking a bit more tired too. I hope she takes it easy.

I also checked out the interviews JA gave for VF and other magazines and realised then how very clever she and her publicist have been and how manipulated I had been. JA had clearly been well prepared for the VF interview - not off the cuff or anything like that. I would not expect anything less of a professional. After all, I spend a lot of time preparing for a job interview. However, what I did not like were the comments friends were authorised to make. JA did not say anything nasty but her friends sure did. I very sure JA was fully aware of what those comments would be. On the other hand, BP said nothing mean and did not get any of his friends to say anything about JA during his big interview with Diane Sawyer which incidentally was more about making poverty history.

the more I read JA's interviews, going back to well before the filming of M&MS started, such as the the May 2003 interview with W, the more I realise that JA really did not want children to interfere with her career. It was always the next project - after Friends- except that friends got extended. Then there was the 6 movies signed up. I don't blame her in the least. I've made the same decision. But please don't anyone tell me she was desparate to get pregnant. I'm happy to tell you what desparate to get pregnant means having been there and done that and having a friend who has been really desparate - tried IVF 15 times. I'll spare you all the gory details.

And no, I really really don't believe Brad Cheated. Not because JA chose to believe him but because (a) Courtney Cox was honest enough to say that Brad had told JA about his attraction and fought it for a period of time and (b) there has not been one single photo of Brad and Angelina in any compromising situation. The only photos pre separation has been photos of Brad and Angelina in M&MS costumes, holding hand or sitting on laps, surronded by people on the set. One of the photos - AJ in the red dress is so photo shopped, you can even see her fingers coming out of Brad's chest (I can't take credit for noticing that. One of the commentators noted that and then I checked and sure enough, there those fingers were). That there was blazing hot chemistry between Brad and Angelina is undeniable. That chemistry was what made M&MS a success.

Watched the beginning of Original Sin last night and had to turn it off. Such explicite sex scenes make me a little embarassed. Don't really like watching other people have sex. I probably watch the rest of it tonight but why do they need scenes like that to sell a movie?? It seemed like it had a great plot line. As said before. You can love a family member, or a president or queen but still disapprove of what they do sometimes. I like AJ, not BP, and feel for JA, but i think that if Brangelina had nothing to hide they would come out with their relationship. So, far they havent. Except in photos and aid works. But what about interviews? Obviously, if Jen did something wrong, then Brangelina would not hide. They would come out and expose their happiness. I know the reason Angelina took brad. She's been trying to find a father for her children for a long time. So when Brad came along and said he wanted kids, it was perfect for her. They are in love maybe, but no one really likes them anymore. Sorry, but that's the fact. Every couple that i've spoken to say they think Brangelina is a farce and they disapprove of how the relationship and this baby came about. Face it people, a majority of people are traditional. Brad did an interview with Diane Sawyer and Angie did an interview with Anne Currie. They both said nothing inappropriate happened. Relationship develops, and that happened later. Angie has been very honest in the past. People knew her for that and you should respect that.

Ann, time will tell, but I don't think the majority of people will stop going to their movies because of anything they do in their private life. Also, they are extremely popular outside of the US. Look at Micheal Jackson and the bad press he received with his trial and so forth. He still has tons of supportive fans outside the US. Many showed up in California during his court appearances.

They denied and said that they did not have any relationship before BP's separation. Also they said they are not sure (and nothing much to say yet) about their own relationship because it seems they just started having relationship (the interview was given in April or May of 2005). So you know they told everybody about their truth. From that time, I think, they worked on their relationship to see if it would work or not. Now we know that it seems it is working fine between them, and they also anounced that they are having a child together. Isn't it enough? Do you need more detailed information about their relationship?

Even Angelina's father said that she took brad away from Jen. obviously, he wouldnt say that unless he knew something. iF he knew that was not true, he would not have said that. Especially since he's been trying to reach her, he'd do everything in his power to make sure he didnt say anything wrong. He wouldnt lie.

The whole thing about Jen not wanting children is a LIE. She wanted kids! Angelina took that away from her.

And Jon's recent quotes are different now because he was advised to stop commenting on the relationship and because he wanted to get back with his daughter.

Most of you gus had children at the age of 16 and you are blaming a 42 yr old man for having his first child. He waited enough. Everyone knew there was going to be a problem when the guy said he wanted seven kids when he got married and none was forthcoming. When his ex was on Oprah, she was asked whether she had a problem having kids, she said"no". The year after "Friends", she was asked again and she said childen were a lot of responsibilities and she wanted to see the world first. She repeated that fact about seeing the world in one of her last interviews but now said she wanted a baby after the husband left. I am not justifying anyone but there are two sides to a story.

If he was such a shitty father, why was he photographed taking his kids to ball games and eating out and brought them along on red carpet events where the kids were smiling as teenagers. Look it up on Angelina photo websites where they show family photos.

Ive noticed thAT in hollywood, fathers are ignored alot. Goldie Hawn's daughter, Kate Hudson, didnt even invite her real father to her wedding. Theres so many grudges, bitterness and anger towards fathers.

It's such a waste to live life like that against any one family member. Fathers can be hurtful, but it's best not to do anything in return against them out of anger or bitterness. People should let go of their resentment. Unless they were cruel in some horrible, unforgiving way, there's no need to ignore them like that.

Emily,Brad and Angelina are not hiding,they just wanted to get away from the press in La.The woman is pregnant and wants calm and trust me Paris is calm.Europeans are very relaxed,they don't rush around get stressed like we do here in US.

Problem is, maybe Angelina never developed that bond with her father. That's why she's capable of ignoring him for years. But atleast now that she's pregnant, she should let him into her life at least once.

I mean you can make your visits with him short but atleast allow him to see his one and only daughter while she's carrying his grandchild.

You can disagree with your father for many reasons. Who knows, maybe he wasnt there for maddox, so she feels why should he be there now. Doesnt matter. That's his daughter and his grandchild.

Pat, unless your close to her age her beauty secrets won't be the same for you. Our skin needs especially, have to be handled differently based on if we are in our 20s, 30s, 40s..etc. Hair and diet not so much based on age, they are more unique to each person based on hair type and metabolism, those kind of differences.

But I'm with you, I'd love to know what products she uses and likes. Probably stuff I could never afford. lol.

You'd think that Leonard Bernstein was conducting her pity symphony. But it was more enlightening and awakening to see it all in the context of Lainey's background, inside scoops. It all made sense how Jennifer wanted the public to fall for her as a victim to maintain her popularity from Friends. She was so passive-aggressive in how she orchestrated making Brad to be the fall guy, especially by letting her friends lay down the dirty work in implying that Brad had checked out of the marriage.

On sibling rivalry, well I'm a child of 5 with my family. I've certainly survived sibling rivalry fine...I think. Brad and Angie seem to juggle giving their children equal attention fine, switching who spends time with whom.

Jennifer "wanted" kids all right like I would like to have a puppy. The idea may be fine but the actual reality of taking care of a baby may not be for some of us not mentally prepared for a child. Regardless, Jennifer had always stated that she wouldn't have children until after Friends. Just read any of her interviews or see her interview with Oprah. Friends, meaning work, was her priority. Personally, I don't see how her line of work would pose an obstruction to having a baby as many television actresses do it all the time, with the recent cases of Leah Raimi, Debra Messing, Sarah Jessica Parker, Jane Levees, Patricia Heaton, etc. Television actresses are afforded on-set nurseries, nannies that most working women don't have access to. As for shooting her with a baby bump, television has its "trick" of using props to cover the bump.

In any event, as soon as Friends ended, Jennifer was signed up for at least 6 films with her working immediately on "Friends with Money," then "Derailed," then "Rumor Has It." In 2005, she worked on "The Break Up." She has other films lined up for 2006. So from 2004 to 2006, she was loaded with film work. When was she making time to have that baby? If Friends was so time consuming (when a television season doesn't last a whole year), how was working on back-to-back films any less consuming?

Betty and other inquisitive skin regiment fans, I don't know Angie's diet, but I've read she drinks green tea. Green tea is good for your skin as it has anti-oxidant properties. So do fruits and vegetables. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink tea, you'll do your body and your skin a big favor. Limit your intake of red meats.

I'm a big proponent of tea and green tea in particular. And I've always had compliments about my skin. For the record, I am over 30. It may be genetics, but boosting genetics with your diet can't hurt.

Actually the building has a security door and guard inside. The apartment is located at the top floor with partly ceiling glass, plenty of ventilation. I doubt it they can smell the car fumes, or city smell. My uncle has an apartment like that in Paris, it is very peaceful and the noises are pretty minimum.
