I don't normally check out different picture threads than ones of BAMZ, but I learned today that the rumor of Reese getting $29 million of her next film is false. her publicist it's not true.
With the escalating stratosphere of what studios pay actors, I don't know how any film makes a profit anymore when studios only get 50% of box office receipts.
Reese is one of the actresses I admire,she is by no means the best,but she had her children before it became fashionable,she is always tastefully dressed and seems to live her life under the radar. Her daughter always looks polished. The trashiness is only cute for so long.

Reese is cute, but she is way overrated. She is by no mean Julie Roberts. I don't think there will be many great roles fit her to generate big box money for producers to get their money back. Even though I like a few of her movies. But those were not worth me to go to theater. I watched all her movies on DVD.

Reese has been a film star for a lot longer than Jennifer Garner and had never really become a draw, so its questionable to say the least that someone would pay her $30m to star in a horror movie - a genre that typically only makes about $65m at the box office.
How exactly has Hollywood "moved on" from Jennifer Garner? shes still on Alias, shes been on a maternity break and shes not released any new movies since elektra [because of the above mentioned]
