Suri may mean Princess in Hebrew but it sure doesn't mean "Red Rose" in Persian and I can't think where they got that. Soor means red in a specific instance but it's not the word commonly used for red and it ain't by adding an i to the end that you suddenly get a rose.

Tom Cruise squirmed a little when asked by Diane Sawyer, but he said that her mom *had* been there but she is not there anymore. So you can guess that she wasn't going to be there for the birth of the baby. I thought that was a little odd to say the least. Usually with a pregnancy that close to the end, I would have expected Katie's mom to hang around and be there to witness the birth of the baby.
