Good comedies are hard to come by but you can be sure that NBC has a couple of aces up their sleeves with
Will & Grace bowing out. Sometimes there comes along a concept "so unique NBC only has two of them,"
Alec Baldwin joked. Here's your sneak peek at “
30 Rock”,
Tiny Fey's scripted sitcom about the backstage world of a network comedy. (FYI :: NBC's address in Manhattan is 30 Rockefeller Plaza)
Alec Baldwin plays the new, arrogant head of television and microwave programming --
Baldwin :: Hello, I'm Jack Donaghy, VP of NBC Universal / GE / K-Mart...
Tina Fey :: We own K-Mart?
Baldwin :: "No... so why are you dressed like we do?"
30 Rock joins the NBC fall prime-time lineup on Wednesdays @ 9:30PM. Check out more pictures in the gallery!

i like the look of this - Tina Fey is so talented and has proved herself so i'm looking forward to it. plus alec baldwin... touch of class!!
Balls. Schwetty balls.
Tina Fey is a terrible writer. SNL has gotten progressively worse since she took over head writer duties.
She's also why Will Ferrel left the show.
What is it with NBC's fascination over regurgatated series? First, we have Studio 60, now we have 30 Rock. Seriously, what's the difference between these two shows and why did NBC pick up both of them when they have similar plots?
Will & Grace is hardly a good comedy. The really good ones are normally these that get the axe, Arrested Development, Sons & Daughters, Curb Your Enthusiasm, etc.
Studio 60 is a drama, 30 Rock is a comedy - much like how ER and Scrubs co-exist, this will work out fine. I'm looking forward to seeing them both :-)
Tina Fey is amazing, and for those of you who say SNL has gotten progressively worse because of her underestimate the other cast members who sometimes make good skits completely terrible.
I predict this and that Sunset show with the "Friends" loser will be gone after a few episodes. Didn't they learn anything from their poor season this year in which that heist show and the expensive "E-Ring" failed. No one wants what NBC is selling.
everyone knows that ABC has the hot ticket for television.
