Two Fergies in One

Fergie and The Duchess of York may soon be joining forces for a charity project to build a school for needy children.  When asked in an interview if she had ever met the "other" Fergie, the singer said: "Yes, I had a conversation with her on the phone. It was great - I was talking to royalty!  I think we are going to do some charity work together. I know that she builds schools and both my parents are teachers. I always had to get good grades so that is an important thing to me because it has helped me along in life." Fergie's first solo album "The Dutchess" hits stores on September 19th...

Bilson's Birthday Bash

Rachel Bilson keep things intimate yesterday as she turned a quarter of a century old (that's 25, genius)!  The O.C. starlet (carrying around her bag from the Teen Choice Awards) celebrated with on-and-off-screen boyfriend Adam Brody, 26, and her parents (inset). They stopped off at Scout in Beverly Hills for some shopping, Beverly Hills Juice Club, and the Beverly Hills Hotel.  The skinny jeans loving couple will reprise their roles as Seth and Summer on  The O.C. when it returns with its fourth (and probably final) season on November 2.  More pictures in the gallery!

Pretty boys Ryan Phillippe and Channing Tatum play opposite one another in 2007's Untitled Kimberly Peirce Project (reportedly titled Stop-Loss) as soldiers in Iraq.  Ryan, 31, and Channing, 26, were spotted filming a parade scene for the movie this past Monday in downtown Lockhart, a little town about 30 miles south of Austin, Texas.  Ryan was kind enough to take photos with marching band members between takes.
