Brad & Angelina do New Orleans
Brad Pitt announced the winners (New York city architects Andrew Kotchen and Matthew Berman, of the firm Workshop/APD) of his architectural design competition at a news conference in New Orleans earlier on today. Brad worked with Global Green USA in hopes of creating the environmentally friendly housing in a redevelopment project in the Lower Ninth Ward of New Orleans, a neighborhood hard hit by Hurricane Katrina.Brad shared this at the news conference: "I am appalled and embarrassed that residents still do not have the opportunity ... to decide if they want to get back into their neighborhoods and recreate their communities... [But] I'm very, very excited about the result. There are a lot of great ideas that came across the table."

it doesn't matter whether or not you like brad pitt or angelina jolie. what their hair or clothes looks like. the fact is they're helping people who need. that's all that counts--especially to those being helped.

That aniston video was pretty funny. I like seeing videos from when actors are just starting out. One thing I did notice is Aniston hadnt yet started wearing the blue eye contacts yet. Her eyes were her natural brown color.

I am glad New Orleans is getting some deserved attention. People can hate this couple all they want but they are good people. They are trying to make a difference in the way they know how and I respect them greatly for it. It is sad on the first year aniversary of Katrina, critics can only focus on silly things such as their hair, clothes, etc. Thanks BP and AJ for all your humanitarian efforts.

The 'Lose Yourself' rapper's footwear will then be auctioned off for charity in September.

Brad's contest was not as much about the environment as about
NEW ORLEANS, fools. He got more homes on the drawing board
and ready to be built than the government has! The fact that he
chose to do it the Global Green way is an added bonus, but the
main thing is he's rebuilding New Orleans. He wants it to be
forward-thinking, so that's why it's being done in an
environmentally conscious manner. But haters should stop crying
about the "how" if you don't like environmentally sound housing
being developed by a guy whose wife drives an SUV, and take a
look at the "what" instead.
Some people are so stupid -- African Girl you're right about having
to have disclaimers on our posts. Now we also have to explain
everything in simple language for those who are so blind with
hate, they can't even see to read.
And wow you describe children as accessories. Right...that explains so much more about you than it does about Brad or Angelina. Hope you don't have kids and if you do....pity
