Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher visit MTV’s TRL to promote their latest romantic comedy What Happens In Vegas….

But Cameron, 35, recently said in an interview she didn’t think she would find her Prince Charming in real-life. She said, “You’re always told he has to look like this and this is how he exists in all the storybooks - but it doesn’t always come in those packages.”

“And people are not always what they seem to be. I wasn’t really a big fairy-tale girl when I was growing up.”

What Happens in Vegas… will be in theaters this Friday.

Gwyneth Paltrow swaps her killer heels for flowery flats as she takes a stroll near her London home on Tuesday.

It’s been reported that Gwyn’s recent appearances in a selection of towering shoes has led to a soaring sales of super-high heels. The surge in popularity of heels is being called the “Gwyneth effect”.

Serial hit-maker Rihanna opens up in the June 2008 issue of Elle. Here’s what she had to say:

On her legendary hair: “I kept telling my managers, I’m cutting my hair. I’m cutting my hair. And they’re like, ‘How short? Not too short. Cut it how short?’ And I’m like, ‘Up to here.’ They never believed me. So when it was time to do the album cover [for Good Girl], the night before I cut it, I dyed it black. We went straight to the photo shoot, and no one at the record label knew what I looked like. When we sent the pictures over, they saw the hair and they all loved it. They loved it.”

On her formerly alcoholic father: “That was way, way, way back. We’re friends now. Now my dad is like the coolest person on the planet. He doesn’t smother me. He lets me live my life. And he’s been like that a lot, even when I was younger. He would watch me making a mistake and he wouldn’t stop me. My dad, he lets me make it and then I learn.”

On rumored beau Chris Brown: “We’ve always been friends, but we’re very close now.”

Monday’s episode of Gossip Girl brought out two shocking secrets.

Georgina Sparks (Michelle Trachtenberg) outed Serena’s younger brother, Eric Van der Woodsen (Connor Paolo), at the dinner table. And Serena (Blake Lively) told best friend Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) her dirty little secret. “I killed someone,” she said.

Paolo, 17, talked to People about playing the gay character on Gossip Girl. Here are some highlights:

How does it feel to be playing a gay character on a popular TV show? I’m an actor and it’s a part. Being gay is nothing but another way to live your life. It’s just who he is.

A lot of gay teens will be excited to see someone gay on the show. Are you ready for that? I guess it’s a possibility that fans could take Eric’s coming into his own as a source of inspiration. He does it with a degree of gentility and self-respect. He doesn’t make apologies for who he is.

Did the fact that he tried to kill himself earlier have anything to do with being gay? As the actor portraying Eric, I don’t believe that I tried to commit suicide because of that. Eric is 14 so his decision to be gay could be permanent. It might not be. It’s about finding yourself. At the moment, this is who he sees himself as … that’s very empowering.

Elisha Cuthbert and her new boyfriend hockey player Dion Phaneuf take a romantic dip in Hawaii on Monday.

Elisha, 25, and Dion, 23, couldn’t keep there hands of each other while splashing around in the warm waters of Hawaii.

Dion is a professional Canadian ice hockey defenseman who currently plays for the Calgary Flames of the National Hockey League.

Jordin Sparks is officially back in business after her vocal cord injury, reports OK! Magazine.

Jordin had been forced to sit out the opening dates of Alicia Keys‘ North American tour due to what was described as an acute vocal cord hemorrhage condition.

But Jordin was seen filming her new promo, believed to be for the next single from her self-titled album, in Los Angeles. The 18-year-old American Idol winner appeared in good health and was all smiles.

She also told MTV that, “I’m feeling good. “I’m supposed to be on full vocal rest, which means no talking, laughing, giggling, and singing. Can I tell you how hard that is!? I want to tell my fans: Thank you for all the prayers and your concern. You guys are what keep me going, honestly. But not to worry! I’ll be better in no time!”

Britney Spears is expected to attend her custody status hearing in a Los Angeles downtown courthouse with her parents today.

Britney, 26, has been under the conservatorship of her father since her one-week-early release from UCLA Medical Center back in February.

Her ex-husband, Kevin Federline will also attend, said his spokesman, Elliot Mintz

Kevin has had full custody of both, two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James since January.

Tuesday’s hearing will include discussion of a psychiatrist’s evaluation of Britney.

Britney has recently been on the CBS comedy How I Met Your Mother.

Lindsay Lohan leaves her assistant’s house to go to the Beverly Hills Hotel on Monday.

Recently, an organization called Mingling Moms has named Lindsay’s mom, Dina Lohan one of Long Island’s Top Twenty Moms.

A spokesperson for the site says, “We’re just honoring celebrity moms on Long Island. It’s something for Mother’s Day. It’s a list of mothers from Long Island who have raised superstar children.”

Portions of the proceeds are being donated to Breast Cancer Research on Long Island.
