The 27-year-old original American Idol performed a 16-song set, which also included a bluesy and soulful tribute to Patsy Cline’s “Walkin’ After Midnight.” JustJared.com was lucky enough to attend the private concert and it was to die for. Kelly always changes up her classic songs and throws in some new ones. And the acoustics in the theater were awesome!!!
The event was sponsored by Z100 radio station and iHeartRadio, which has a Jonas Brothers concert coming up on Monday. Enter to win tickets here!

Having just performed in the play Hamlet, Jude Law is swamped with fans wanting his picture and autograph outside London’s Wyndham Theatre on Tuesday (July 14)
One theatergoer commented, “I was screaming because it was wicked. And I don’t even fancy Jude Law. I’ve been to two plays before but I fell asleep in them. This one was different because you could really relate to Jude Law being so angry and crazy. It’s changed my mind about theater.”

Weeds star Hunter Parrish is featured in the pages of GQ’s August 2009 edition. Check out what the 22-year-old actor had to say:
You’re often shirtless on Weeds. Is that in your contract? It’s not contractual, it’s just where my storyline is. I had to show my butt last season for the first time. And I had a hard time deciding whether to do it—we didn’t decide until the morning of the shoot… I called my parents and I was like, “Are you guys going to disown me if I do this?” I don’t make all my decisions by them but it was nice to hear that they were supportive and clued-in.
I heard that you were offered the Zac Efron part in High School Musical. True? That is definitely a rumor but it was really, really close. It was down to five guys and then I got offered a part in this amazing Robin Williams movie. And I thought to myself: fly to Vancouver and meet the director for this Robin Williams movie, or stay and finish the auditions for the Disney Channel movie? So I didn’t even go to the last audition. I heard a rumor that I was their favorite, but I never made it to the end. I mean I would have had a blast doing it. But I’m so happy for Zac, he’s the only guy for that.
Didn’t you kick the crap out of him onscreen in 17 Again? Yes. That was kind of awesome.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince pulled in $20 million during its midnight run at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, according to Variety.
The best midnight run of all time!!!
That figure beats the $18 million earned by the latest Batman flick, The Dark Knight, which is also a film by Warner Bros. The next best film was 20th Century Fox’s Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith with $17 million.
TELL JJ: Did you see the midnight screening of Harry Potter? How was it?!
