The 22-year-old Gossip Girl actress, who toted around a Chanel handbag, walked into the nail salon wearing Hunter by Jimmy Choo crocodile rain boots and walked out wearing flip-flops to let her toe nail polish dry. (Rachel Bilson owns the same pair in blue!)

Hilary Duff graces the cover of Nylon magazine’s January 2010 issue in a cute leather jacket and festive belt.

The 22-year-old actress shared how she felt about joining the Gossip Girl cast for a bit as Olivia.

“I was a little hesitant,” Hilary shared. “It was kind of close to home… then I realized, I would never say something [that Olivia says] like, ‘Oh, this is just for the cameras.’ I think that’s what makes me so different from some of the other people my age.

“It seemed for a time there were people who hated each other – and I knew they hated each other – but they were in pictures together all the time, smiling and throwing their arms around each other. I was like, ‘You’re in the same business I am – how can you do that and feel okay? I so wouldn’t do that.’”

Hilary Duff and her mom Susan get ready for Thanksgiving by picking up some groceries at Bristol Farms in Beverly Hills on Tuesday (November 24).

The 22-year-old actress recently finished up filming for her role on Gossip Girl. Jessica Szhor recently talked about her character’s decision to have a threesome with her New York University roommate Olivia (Duff) and longtime best pal Dan (Penn Badgley).

“We got emails from the network explaining how it was going to be done, so I was a little nervous,” Jessica told US Weekly. “Penn is really easy to work with and very professional and [so is] Hilary. We just went with it and tried to make it as easy as possible.”

Hilary Duff and Ashley Greene come out to support artist Todd DiCiurcio during his Heartstrings exhibition at the Confederacy store on Saturday (October 24) in Los Angeles.

Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick hosted the event and was accompanied by his co-star (and real-life girlfriend) Jessica Szohr.

Other pics include Ashley (in a Simdog dream catcher v-neck tee) arriving at LAX airport with Twilight co-star Kellan Lutz. The twosome will be hosting a Halloween party this weekend at the Las Vegas Venetian Hotel’s Tao and Lavo nightclubs.

Hilary Duff gets glamorous at the Ken Paves hair salon in Los Angeles on Thursday (October 22).

The 22-year-old actress fed the meter before getting her hair done, but unfortunately, got a parking ticket anyway. Argh!

Hilary was working in New York City earlier this week, filming The Business of Falling in Love and an episode of Gossip Girl.

She’ll start work on The Story of Bonnie and Clyde - where she’ll plays Bonnie to Kevin Zegers‘ Clyde - later this year.

Hilary Duff takes a fall on the set of her upcoming TV movie, The Business of Falling in Love, as it films in New York City on Tuesday (October 20).

The 22-year-old actress plays “a fashion reporter who goes undercover in the business world in the hopes of finding love while writing an article about dating men in suits,” THR reports.

The Business of Falling In Love is based on the book Diary of a Working Girl by Daniella Brodsky.

Hilary Duff makes her way to the set of Gossip Girl in New York City on Tuesday (October 13).

The 22-year-old singer/actress was carrying the book Salem Falls, a mini make-up bag and a bottle of water as she made her way on set.

Penn Badgley, confirmed to MTV News that Lady Gaga will in fact be making an appearance on Gossip Girl. “Yeah, she’s a part of the threesome — I’m kidding,” he joked on the red carpet for the premiere of his new flick, The Stepfather. “She’s not, but there is a threesome and there is Lady Gaga, so you gotta keep watching.”

Leah, 28, is a former MuchMusic VJ from Toronto and the current host of dance reality show, So You Think You Can Dance Canada.

FYI: Hilary’s hockey player boyfriend Mike Comrie is also Canadian — he current plays centre for the Edmonton Oilers.
