Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his girlfriend Rebecca Ginos (cocktail waitress from L.A. nightclub Teddy’s) drop some major dough on some holiday shopping in Beverly Hills on Saturday.

Adam, 28, and Rebecca, 21, spent the afternoon picking up designer duds at Yves Saint Laurent and Prada and were seen waiting for the valet to bring his Mercedes out front.

Earlier this year, Adam shared on the Howard Stern Show he met Rebecca on her 21st birthday. “We had sex the first night we met,” he gladly admitted. “[She's] the hottest girl in the entire f-ing universe.”

Andy Samberg enlists the help of Maroon 5’s Adam Levine and Saturday Night Live regular Fred Armisen for the latest SNL digital short, Iran So Far. Samberg serenades Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, hilariously played by Admisen. Jake Gyllenhaal is referenced in the SNL lyrics and makes a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it appearance towards the end of the short.

(FYI: Last week, during a speech at Columbia University, Ahmadinejad asserted that women are respected in Iran and stated “we don’t have homosexuals like in your country.”)

Hayden, 18, and Adam, 28, were joined by the rest of Maroon 5 (James Valentine, Jesse Carmichael, Mickey Madden and Matt Flynn) and crooner Robin Thicke.

Maroon 5’s Adam Levine takes front and center on this week’s issue of Rolling Stone. Levine dishes it:

On the arguments between five highly opinionated, stubborn men: “It’s a high-ego band.”

On his not-so-exciting dreams: “I have boring dreams. I had one in Hawaii that [Lakers owner] Jerry Buss came to my grandparents’ house, and I showed him around room by room. I woke up and said, ‘Really?’ ”

On not talking with guitarist James Valentine for days: “There’s rage that you wouldn’t be able to understand. I’m a really prideful son of a *****. I have to work on that.”

On his ego: “In my twisted mind, I am always right.”

On a video game he despises: “I hate Guitar Hero. I get pissed that you don’t play it like a real guitar.”

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine stays nice and snug in a black tight tee and skinny jeans at a performance during NBC’s Today Show concert series at NYC’s Rockefeller Center on Friday morning.

You can watch a video of Maroon 5’s performance of “Wake Up Call” here. It’s from their sophomore album “It Won’t Be Soon Before Long.”

Adam also shared about his band’s upcoming concert tour going green. One dollar from each ticket sold will be donated to Global Cool, an organization that promotes energy conservation.

Maroon 5 smoothie-in-chief Adam Levine dishes the dirt in the June 2007 issue of Blender magazine, clearing up rumors about being labeled a “manwhore” for his supposed links to numerous starlets.

On being called a “manwhore” by the tabloids: “If being single and enjoying being 28 and having a wonderful time is being a manwhore, then I’m a manwhore…I don’t apologize for my behavior; it’s certainly exaggerated in the press.”

On which Hollywood stereotype is more accurate: Everyone’s gay or everyone’s on cocaine: “Everyone’s gay and on cocaine in Hollywood.”

On breaking his sternum last year while lifting weights: “I was working out backstage with the kind of cable pulleys that you put onto a doorstop. James Valentine, our guitar player, opened the door and basically this really thick rubber cable with a metal carabiner on the end of it snapped with the force of what seemed like a bullet, and hit me right in the middle of my chest. It could have killed me. It lacerated my chest right down the middle, and I had to go to the hospital. I did perform that night, though. They pumped me full of drugs, and I was so high that I actually wanted to play.”

Maroon 5’s album “It Won’t Be Soon Before Long” opened at No. 1. in the week ended May 28, selling a whopping 429,000 copies. Their 2003 debut, “Songs About Jane,” sold a distant 138,000.
