The Entourage cutie worked up a sweat as he struggled through a morning run with a mystery male in Los Angeles on Friday.

Some of you may have noticed that Adrian, 31, has been spending significant time with heiress Paris Hilton. Don’t worry, there’s no romance here! He was most likely using her for his new paparazzi documentary, which documents the relationship between paparazzi and celebrities.

Entourage star Adrian Grenier cozies up to co-star Jeremy Piven at Thursday’s Blackberry Curve opening party on the eighth floor of the Roosevelt Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Other pictures include Entourage cast members Piven, Grenier, Jerry Ferrara and Kevin Connolly at the premiere of HBO’s Shot in the Dark at the Directors Guild of America on Wednesday in Los Angeles. The documentary questions the necessity of fatherhood and the meaning of family history as he embarks on a personal quest to become reacquainted with his estranged father.

Shot in the Dark is Grenier’s directorial debut and premieres this Sunday, June 3 @ 10:30PM on HBO.

The cast of the hit HBO TV series Entourage was on-location in France on the Croisette filming an upcoming episode based on the 60th Annual Cannes Film Festival.

At times, Jeremy Piven, Adrian Grenier, Jerry Ferrara and Kevin Connolly seemed in sync with each other’s stroll and stride. Clearly, a sign of a great balance in any entourage.

Piven, 41, even took some time off of filming to do some meet and greets on the street.

Actor and all-around hottie Adrian Grenier, who plays the lead in HBO’s Entourage, plays with his band, The Honey Brothers, at the Oscar Week Opening Party at the Soho House on Monday night in L.A.

Adrian, 30, gave a recent interview to Gothamist:

• Favorite place to have a drink with friends in New York? My house. I’m a home body.
• What was your experience like at LaGuardia High School? Like high school with tights.
• Have you ever hosted SNL? If you could pick the musical guest for the night you hosted, who would it be?I think The Honey Brothers would kill SNL.

He’s also reportedly dating Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Melissa Keller.
