Hey, after dating for only ‘3 months’ before getting engaged, you shouldn’t be surprised!

Grey’s Anatomy stars and engagement ring exhibitionists Kate Walsh and Katherine Heigl (in Bottega Veneta) show off their blingin’ diamond rings at the premiere of parenthood comedy Knocked Up at the Mann’s Village Theater on Monday in Los Angeles. Heigl accessorized with a Bottega Veneta clutch, custom Ryan Ryan jewelry and Stuart Weitzman shoes.

Heigl on Walsh’s engagement: “She’s thrilled and I’m thrilled for her. She’s just one of the coolest chicks and deserves every joy and happiness. Can’t wait to see her ring!”

Heigl stars as an entertainment journalist who finds herself in the family way after a one-night stand with a goofball named Ben in the comedy Knocked Up, which opens next Friday, June 1.

Newly engaged couple Kate Walsh and Alex Young meet with an upscale real-estate broker and go house-hunting together in Los Angeles on Saturday.

The pair put each other’s arms around one and walked hand-in-hand another but nothing close to topping last month’s PDA-fest. Kate, 39, and Alex, 36, finished off their day by walking through a local street art show.

The TV doc and movie exec announced their engagement last week at the ABC Upfronts when Kate flashed her blingin’ engagement ring.

Grey’s Anatomy redheaded beauty Kate Walsh is engaged to Alex Young, a production co-president at Fox Studios, reports Us Weekly.

The 39-year-old actress revealed the exciting news at the ABC Upfronts: “It happened a few days ago. And that’s all I can say. I’m on cloud nine.”

Young, 36, proposed last week in San Francisco with a Neil Lane Jubilee-cut diamond (inset) before ABC announced it was picking up the Grey’s spin-off series Private Practice.

Kate first stepped out with Alex for an April 21 lunch date at the Mustard Seed Cafe in Los Angeles and then again at an April 28 fund-raiser for Barack Obama also in L.A.

Kate must be bowled over with excitement with double the good news this week. Congrats to the happy couple!

Kate was not shy about kicking up her feet into her man’s lap in between affectionate kisses. The lovebirds took their PDA-fest to the next level in his Porsche, where things looked like they got hot and heavy!

“We’ve been together for a while and he’s just a dreamboat,” Kate has said. “He’s my man.”
