The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants stars Alexis Bledel, America Ferrera and Amber Tamblyn reunite to celebrate Amber’s new book at NYC’s Bowery Poetry Club on Thursday (September 3).

Amber, 26, celebrated the release of her second book of poetry “Bang Ditto” at the Akvinta Vodka-sponsored party. She gave an impromptu reading of her favorite selections from the book accompanied by her mom, Bonnie, on guitar.

Notables in attendance included Amber’s longtime boyfriend, Arrested Development actor David Cross, 45. TSOTTP costar Blake Lively’s beau, Penn Badgley, came by to congratulate Amber on Blake’s behalf as she had to work late. Alexis Bledel is fashion forward at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday afternoon (August 9) in Universal City, Calif.

The 27-year-old former Gilmore Girls actress paired her lace Opening Ceremony dress with bold strappy shoes by Loeffler Randall in white and fluorescent orange.

The TCAs will be hosted by the Jonas Brothers and will air TOMORROW, August 10 @ 8-10PM ET/PT on FOX.

Alexis Bledel comes out to support her former Gilmore Girls costar Lauren Graham at the premiere of her new movie, The Answer Man, at New York City’s Cinema 2 on Thursday (July 16).

Lauren, 42, told the ladies on The View, “I said yes to the movie instantly because it’s such a beautiful, funny and smart script. It’s sort of about fame. It’s about what happens when you lose yourself in your own hype. My character is someone who doesn’t immediately know who [Jeff Daniels' character] is and maybe life is better because of that.”

300 hunk Rodrigo Santoro and former Gilmore Girls star Alexis Bledel swap a bit of spit in their upcoming comedy, Post Grad.

The 33-year-old Brazilian actor, who played Jim Carrey’s lover in I Love You Phillip Morris, told the July/August 2009 issue of Ocean Drive, “I wouldn’t call it a passionate love scene… but it went very smoothly.”
