Amy Adams: Care Bear Stare!

Amy Adams may be America’s Sweetheart but she tells BlackBook Magazine in its latest issue that she’s not so innocent.

The 34-year-old actress addressed the “Care Bears” nature of her press, saying, “These are the kind of things I hate when I read them. I am so just like anyone else. It is interesting to be perceived as innocent. Innocent of what? I’m certainly not naïve… I misbehave. I just do it in private.”

Her costar Embeth Davidtz added, “The sweet girl in Junebug is not who Amy really is. Amy’s much naughtier than anyone I know. I can’t give you examples because they are so beyond X-rated. She’s got the wickedest sense of humor and says what nobody else would think to say.”

Amy plays Amelia Earhart in May’s Night at the Museum 2, and addressed what her costuming is like: “Tight jodhpurs. It’s going to be an Amy Adams butt show. I was like, That’s a lot of information. I’m not known for showing my ass on camera, but there it is.”

Patrick Dempsey @ ‘Enchanted’ Premiere

Patrick Dempsey arrives at the world premiere of his new Disney film Enchanted held at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on Saturday.

Dempsey, 41, was accompanied on the red carpet by costar Amy Adams and wife Jill Fink (left). In the film, Dempsey plays handsome lawyer Robert Phillip.

So far, Enchanted has received positive reviews across the board and a 100% fresh rating on RottenTomatoes so far!

– “Enchanted is an enjoyable comedy with several hilarious gags and a genuinely charming performance from Amy Adams. Worth seeing.”

– “Essentially postmodern and deconstructivist, what could have been a mishmash of animation and live action, fantasy and realism, CG effects and handdrawn segments, under [director Kevin] Lima’s inspired helm becomes a unified entertainment suitable for kids and adults.”

Enchanted Movie: James Marsden, Amy Adams

I pledge allegiance to The Statue of Marsden…  Co-stars Amy Adams and James Marsden were busy filming more scenes this past Monday on the Brooklyn Bridge for their upcoming Disney film, Enchanted.  Enjoy this sneak peek of what looks like the wedding dress of Amy Adam’s character.  (She apparently marries Patrick Dempsey’s character in Central Park.) And Marsden definitely looks to have stocked up on NYC souvenirs… a NYC taxi bag, Empire State Building statue, and best of all — a goofy Statue of Libery crown!  After the jump, Marsden and Adams film in more casual clothing… picking up weiners at the Sabrett hot dog stand!  More pictures in the gallery!

Dempsey and Adams Getting Married

Patrick Dempsey and Amy Adams got married yesterday in Central Park!

Ok, just kidding. That was a half lie. They did get married, but as Giselle and Robert on the set of the movie Enchanted! Patrick Dempsey and Amy Adams were out in Central Park again for another day of filming, this time, apparently, for a scene in which the main characters get wed.

Enjoy the photos after the jump. By the way, I have no idea who that man is wearing the American Flag suit and holding the guitar. Weird!
