Andy Dick lives up to his surname after getting arrested early Tuesday outside the Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar in Murrieta, Calif., after allegedly lifting a 17-year-old girl’s top in the parking lot.
The 42-year-old comedian was held on felony charges of sexual battery, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and public intoxication. He was released on $5,000 bail.
“Dick walked up to the 17-year-old female victim, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts,” the policed statement said. “Marijuana and Xanax were found in Andy Dick’s pants pockets.”
Last year, he was cited in Columbus, Ohio, for urinating in public.
