Swiss tennis champ Roger Federer and his wife Mirka are the guests of Vogue’s fashion queen Anna Wintour at Giorgio Armani’s Fashion Show as part of the Milan Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2010 at the Milano Fashion Center on Thursday (September 24) in Milan, Italy.

Earlier today, Roger withdrew from the Japan Open and Shanghai ATP Masters 1000. “After consultation with my team and doctors, I decided to take the difficult decision to withdraw from both tournaments,” Roger said in a statement. “This will allow me a chance to give my body a chance to rest, rehabilitate and recover from a physically challenging year.”

The 30-year-old Canadian actress sat next to Vogue’s Anna Wintour, who sat next to daughter Bee Shaffer.

Earlier this week, Rachel also sat next to Anna at the Alexander Wang Spring 2010 show. I smell a Rachel McAdams Vogue cover on the way!

Hugh Jackman is all smiles as he and Anna Wintour sign t-shirts during Fashion’s Night Out at Jeffrey of New York on Thursday (September 10).

The 40-year-old actor and the 59-year-old Vogue editor-in-chief autographed the tees, which are sold for $30 each to benefit the National September 11 Memorial and Museum and the New York City AIDS Fund.

Hugh is currently in previews for A Steady Rain, where he plays opposite Bond star Daniel Craig. Anna is enjoying the success of The September Issue, which chronicles the making of the magazine’s most important issue of the year.

Roger Federer practices his serve shirtless for the U.S. Open held at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center on Thursday (September 3) in Flushing, Queens.

On Wednesday, Roger warmed up his game, beating Germany’s Simon Greul in straight sets, 6-3, 7-5, 7-5. His biggest supporters in the audience? His wife Mirka Federer and Vogue’s editor Anna Wintour, whose documentary The September Issue is now in theaters.

Sienna Miller rubs shoulders with Vogue’s high priestess Anna Wintour at the screening of The September Issue at New York City’s Museum of Modern Art on Wednesday (August 19).

The movie gives viewers unprecedented access to the inner workings of Vogue. At the eye of this annual fashion hurricane is the two-decade relationship between Wintour and Grace Coddington, Creative Director and fashion genius. The September Issue opens in NY on August 28 and on September 11 in Los Angeles and select cities.

Gerard Butler rubs shoulders with designer Donatella Versace backstage at the Versace Summer Fashion Show during Milan Fashion Week 2009 in Italy on Saturday.

The 38-year-old Scottish stud sat front row at the Versace show next to a huge celeb line-up: producer/rapper Jermaine Dupri, his boo Janet Jackson, designer Tom Ford, actor Rupert Everett, Allegra Versace (Donatella’s daughter), Vogue Editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, Men’s Vogue editor Jay Fielden and actor Dominic Cooper.

Later in the day, Gerard was seen sitting front row next to Anna Wintour at the Dolce & Gabbana fashion show (Menswear Spring/Summer 2009). This is Wintour’s inaugural trip to Milan for the men’s shows. Wintour will also make a cameo at a Men’s Vogue event hosted in honor of Gerard.

• Madonna’s rep has shot down rumors that the pop star is returning to Malawi this weekend to adopt another child. Madonna is expected to visit the country, but it is so she can continue her work with the Raising Malawi organization. (She was seen leaving a London sound studio again with Justin Timberlake.)
• Lindsay Lohan and Harry Morton’s relationship is long over, but the two still have some issues to work out. Apparently Lindsay lives above Morton in L.A.’s Sierra Towers and her plumbing caused a flood that leaked into Morton’s apartment. A rep for Lindsay says this happened during her recent visit to New York and the situation is being taken care of.
• Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern shared a tender moment Tuesday night, changing the diaper of baby Dannielynn together, sources said.
• Bruce Willis and his Perfect Strangers co-star, Tamara Feldman, may be an item. The Post claims Willis “cuddled up against Feldman” during the premiere of their flick Tuesday night and the two kissed at an after-party later that night at the Gramercy Park Hotel.

Vogue editor Anna Wintour reportedly hates blogs. One Vogue insider reveals:

They are expanding the Vogue Web site and getting more involved with the Internet. But Anna hates the word ‘blog’ so much, she refuses to call anything on her site a blog and has charged her staff with coming up with a new word that isn’t as garish-sounding. She wants it ASAP - in time for launch. Anna just doesn’t want people to refer to stories as blogs, because they’re not. It’s an improper use of the word.”

Wintour’s rep: “Anna has nothing against blogs.” Yeah, sure.
