The FBI stole The Princess Diaries!

According to Rush & Mallory of the NY Daily News, the FBI has seized Anne Hathaway’s diaries during another raid on ex Raffaello Follieri’s pad. Other items taken during the raid include an antique Bible, personal documents, watches, a Tiffany clock, and personal photos of the couple.

The 25-year-old actress is also said to have changed her phone numbers and cut off all ties to her ex.

“Raffaello is doing very badly,” says a friend who revealed that Follieri was hospitalized for an anxiety attack the day he was locked up. “He says people are abusing him. He’s a broken man.”

Last month, Follieri was arrested on charges of conspiracy, wire fraud and money laundering.

Anne Hathaway (in Marchesa) joins costars Steve Carell and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson at the Get Smart premiere on Tuesday at the Capitol cinema in Madrid, Spain.

Here are some interesting excerpts from an interview with the 25-year-old actress by Australia’s Herald Sun:

What was the reason [you dropped out of Knocked Up]? I don’t think the reason matters at this point. Katherine Heigl did it, and did a tremendous job, you know. It was a great move for her, the film’s been out for a year, got stellar reviews and did killer at the box office. I don’t think it matters any more why I didn’t do it. (Director Judd Apatow attributed her disagreement to plans to use real footage of a woman giving birth.)

How did you cope with breaking a tooth just hours before you were due to launch the Lancome Magnifique fragrance? Oh, God, it was scary stuff. No one could see it, but I was in a lot of pain. I was in Paris and I went to a dentist and unfortunately I don’t speak French and he didn’t speak English, so we were kind of gesturing at each other, trying to pop it in. I speak a bit of Italian, but he spoke Spanish and we were like: what’s the common language? …And he came at me with a needle, and I don’t know about you, but I’m not a big fan of needles by my face and so I was kind of saying: ‘‘No, I have to be able to smile and speak tonight” and he was laughing at me saying (she puts on an Italian accent) ‘‘No, no, no it will be fine”. (She realizes it’s the wrong accent). Which wasn’t French. (Giggles) Excuse me, I’m tired.

Anne Hathaway (in Jenni Kayne) plays it cute with costar Steve Carell during a photocall with a British red telephone booth to promote their film, Get Smart, at Claridge’s Hotel on Thursday in London.

Anne and Steve were accompanied at the photo call by director Peter Segal as well as costar Dwyane “The Rock” Johnson.

Even though personal questions were strictly forbidden at the Italian premiere of Get Smart on Monday, a reporter slipped one in anyway! Anne was asked, “Was the separation from your ex-boyfriend painful?”

Steve stepped in to save the day, saying, “In my role of agent [for] Miss Hathaway, I would like to say that she does not answer questions relating to this subject.”

The 25-year-old actress also looked regal in red during an earlier photo session in Rome.

Get Smart is a remake of the 1960’s comedy series that spoofed the secret agent genre.

Anne was joined by co-stars Steve Carell and Dwayne Johnson.

Anne Hathaway is regal in red Diane von Furstenberg as she continues to promote Get Smart at Grand Hotel Hassler on Monday in Rome, Italy.

The 25-year-old actress put on quite the brave face after her Italian boyfriend was busted for swindling millions.

Hathaway was accompanied at the photo call by director Peter Segal as well as costars Steve Carrell and Dwyane “The Rock” Johnson. Back in the states, Get Smart managed to rake in an additional $11.1 million in its third weekend.

Anne Hathaway’s ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri was rushed to the hospital for a severe sinus infection moments after his New York court appearance on fraud and money laundering charges, reports People.

“He had an episode in the courtroom which led to him being transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation,” rep Melanie A. Bonvicino says. “I do not have the specifics on what type of treatment at this time but [it's] for a severe sinus infection.”

Follieri, 29, had tested positive for opiates from a urine sample earlier in the morning. His bail has been set at $21 million. Ouch!

Added his rep, “[Follieri has had] a sinus infection for the past three weeks. In the courtroom they said that he had tested positive for opiates, and it’s not the case. He was on a prescription and cough medicine from his doctors that contained codeine before retiring to bed that night. Therefore that is what his doctors told me caused his urine test to be positive.”

The world awaits comment from his Ms. Hathaway!

GET STUPID!

Italian businessman Raffaello Follieri, aka Anne Hathaway’s ex-boyfriend, was arrested on Tuesday on charges of conspiracy, wire fraud and money laundering.

According to a federal criminal complaint, Follieri, 29, is accused of operating a fraudulent real estate scheme in which he led investors to believe that his New York firm, the Follieri Group LLC, was an investment company that helped the Catholic Church to divest its unwanted U.S. real estate properties. He also told investors that he had been appointed as the chief financial officer of the Vatican.

Follieri and others reportedly used the investors’ money for lavish lifestyles for themselves–private jet travel, custom-made clothes and restaurant meals, dog-walking services and other personal expenditures.

Hathaway, 25, supposedly broke up with Follieri last week after four years together.
