Beyonce and Pastor Rudy Rasmus of St. John’s Downtown Church hold up boxes of Hamburger Helper instant food at a press conference for the ”Show Your Helping Hand Campaign” at the Toyota Center on Saturday (July 4) in Houston, Texas.

Beyonce is helping Feeding America to deliver millions of meals to the hungry (Her goal is to deliver 3.5 million meals to local food banks).

“To know that I can use my voice to do something that helps people makes me feel good,” said Beyoncé. “There is no better feeling than giving back.”

Beyonce and her mom Tina Knowles are launching a new junior apparel label, Sasha Fierce for Deréon, reports WWD. Just in time for back-to-school shopping!

The name is a combination of House of Deréon (Beyonce and Tina’s ready-to-wear fashion line) and Beyonce’s alter ego (and third solo album, I Am…Sasha Fierce).

Sasha Fierce for Deréon will include sportswear, outerwear, handbags, footwear, eyewear, lingerie and jewelry.

After performing at the 2009 BET Awards separately, Beyonce and Jay-Z step out on a double date with good pals Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin at Madeo Restaurant in Beverly Hills on Sunday (June 28).

An onlooker tells People that both couples were “definitely having a good time and laughing.” At one point, the group switched seats so the ladies could sit next to each other in the booth while the guys sat on the outside. Cute!

FYI: Chris and GP’s 3-year-old son Moses calls Jay-Z, Uncle Jay.

Beyonce performs “Ave Maria” and Sarah McLachlan’s “Angel” onstage during the 2009 BET Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday (June 28) in Los Angeles.

Since we’ll probably never see Beyonce’s real wedding dress from her marriage to Jay-Z, this BET Awards wedding/tutu dress will have to do! Anyone know what the purpose of the wedding theme was?

Beyonce sparkles in Balmain on the red carpet at the 2009 BET Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday (June 28) in Los Angeles.

The 27-year-old songstress and rapper T.I. were top contenders for trophies, with a leading five nominations each. She is up for best R&B female, best actress and video of the year.

Beyonce is also expected to perform (she reportedly changed her piece to honor Michael Jackson).

The 27-year-old Texan born knockout kicked off her “I am Sasha Fierce” American tour at Madison Square Garden last night.

Beyonce is joined by Jay-Z on stage at Madison Square Garden, NYC, on (June 21) the first stop of the “I am Sasha Fierce” American tour.

The 27-year-old singer performed “Crazy in Love,” which featured Jay-Z.

Beyonce is being threatened with a million-dollar lawsuit for canceling a Manhattan club show. She was supposed to perform on Saturday at the M2 as part of her tour launch. “They said they were too busy with the launching of the tour and that they wouldn’t have time to do the kickoff party,” the club owner told Page Six.

Beyonce Knowles releases another black-and-white music video, this time for “Broken-Hearted Girl.”

Lots of walking on the beach looking pretty!

The track was originally pegged to be the sixth single from the I Am… Sasha Fierce album, but was replaced by “Sweet Dreams”. The video will also be released on the DVD Above and Beyoncé: Dance Mixes, out today and sold exclusively at Wal-Mart.
