Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt (facing the camera in this TV screen capture) are in Pune, India shooting A Mighty Heart. (Their bodyguard Mickey pictured with them above.) The pair entered the Le Meridien hotel through the underground parking lot on Thursday. Brad and Angelina continued their cat-and-mouse game with the better of paparazzi and other photographers waiting outside the hotel to get the first photos of the couple in Pune.

Instead of stepping into vans at the hotel’s extrance — where photographers were gathered in anticipation — the stars stepped into an auto-rickshaw (inset) for a ride in the rain in the afternoon.

Angelina was dressed in a beige jacket, and Brad wore a pastel short-sleeved shirt. Both appeared relaxed. None of their three children — Maddox, Zahara, and Shiloh — was with them. They returned to the hotel an hour later, in the auto-rickshaw, looking none the worse for wear. More pictures in the gallery!

Hollywood’s hottest couple looked positively dapper and sophisticated in business attire on the runway this past Wednesday, Oct. 4! Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie boarded a private jet late in Rotterdam, Holland after reportedly meeting with high up executives. Another source claims Brad and Angie will be snatching up real estate in Holland. Inset: Looks like Brad made a quick wardrobe change before his flight out of Rotterdam! The couple’s philanthropic and political adviser Trevor Neilson accompanied them to the airport…

Brad and Angelina are supposedly in Pune, India but one one’s seen them. So are they there, or aren’t they? Above is a hotel employee of Pune’s Le Meridien standing guard over equipment believed to belong to Brad & Angelina’s three children — Maddox, Zahara, and Shiloh. The cloak of secrecy shroading the arrival of Hollywood stars Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt in Pune was so strong that through the stars are believed to have arrived and have chcked into their suites at Pune’s Le Meridien hotel in the afternoon, no one was willing to say for sure that the stars had finally arrived.

Jolie and Pitt — with their three children, nannies and bodyguards in tow — are believed to have landed at Pune’s Lohagaon airport at 2:45PM in a plane chartered from Gautam Singhania’s MillionAir fleet in Mumbai.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are said to have arrived in Pune, India for the shooting of The Might Heart, a film about American journalist Daniel Pearl who was slain by Muslim extremists in Pakistan. The Might Heart will be co-produced by Pitt’s production company and Angelina will star as Pearl’s wife, Mariane.

Airport sources claim that the Jolie-Pitt family arrived today at Pune International Airport at about 3pm by chartered plane and then drove in two cars to Le Meridien Hotel. Says one source: “First they went to Mumbai and from there they took a flight to Pune. They have just reached the Pune airport and arrangements are being made to take them to their destination.” Can’t wait for the pictures!

UPDATE :: Brad wants more kids with Angelina according to this exclusive interview:

“I’m not joking around. I have three kids now and next year I’ll have six. Nine. We’re looking for a soccer team. I want to compete in the next World Cup… The change has been immense. I’ve become a father, turned 40, and I’ve become more clear on the direction that I’d like to take and the things that speak to me. In my younger days I was more of a drifter. I’d try many things - I’d try anything. But now there’s a real pride in understanding myself and what’s important to me and my own values… It makes you more efficient because you do everything faster. There’s no time for messing around. I still value the work I do, but at the same time I value more getting home to the kids. It somehow makes my work mean more because I know somewhere down the road that my kids will see it. That is the way I approach everything now. Maybe it was turning 40 as well. There were certain things I wanted to attack and it seems to work. I go back to the kids and it just makes me more efficient and I get the things done that I like to get done, whereas before I probably meandered and drifted more.”

UPDATE :: Donald Trump gave Brad Pitt a nod in his latest blog entry, “Brad Pitt and Marriage“:

I know a lot of men who are perfectly happy being single. They have every excuse in the world why they’re not ready to get married.

I thought I had heard everything until I read why Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie say they won’t be tying the knot anytime soon.

In an interview in the current issue of Esquire magazine, Brad said he and Angelina won’t consider getting married until - quote - “everyone else in the country who wants to be married is legally able.”

Obviously, Brad is trying to be a social activist and make a point about dropping the restrictions on who is allowed to get married and who isn’t in this country. Or at least that’s what he wants people to think. Maybe he’s just come up with an excellent way to stay a bachelor.

It makes him look really concerned about the plight of other people. Yet at the same time, he doesn’t have to get married. This guy is smarter than I thought.

Upstairs hang photos of Angelina Jolie, clad in red and posing in a desert, shot for an upcoming issue of Vogue. Jolie, says Annie Leibovitz, “is so cool. We just talked about our kids — real stuff, stuff that matters.” And recently, Leibovitz shot Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes with daughter Suri for the current Vanity Fair. “Being a mom yourself, you sort of get it,” she says. “It’s cuckoo, what’s going on — a bounty on the kid’s head for a picture. I was so happy to go in and defuse this thing.”

A recent USA Today article covers Annie Leibovitz’s focus is on her daughters and two of her most recent, most talked about photo shoots — Suri Cruise and Angelina Jolie. In recent news, according to sources, the Jolie-Pitt family has already made their way to India to shoot the upcoming drama, A Mighty Heart. Angelina stars in the film, Brad is a producer.
