After throwing Britney Spears under the bus last week for being a mad mother, Us Weekly has done it again!

UPDATE: The college student has been ID’d as 5’10” California native Matt Encinias, 21. He went from being an extra in her latest music video to locking lips with the Britney at a rooftop pool at L.A’s Standard Downtown hotel.

“Britney was the first one to undress, and then everyone else followed,” Encinias told Us Weekly. “I turned around and saw that she was topless and she had fake tattoos of flowers on her nipples from the shoot. I was told all she wanted to do that night was kiss a boy. And that’s what she did. Mission accomplished.”

Spears and Encinias also played a game of truth or dare! “I was dared to get naked and get out of the pool and walk as though I was on a catwalk in a fashion show,” said Encinias. “Britney was laughing really hard.”

Britney Spears has done one of the most sane things she’s done in awhile — hire legitimate management!

Britney has hired Jeff Kwatinez of The Firm to help her make her comeback into the music industry. Her former manager, Larry Rudolph, was the one that “forced” Britney into rehab.

Idol champ Kelly Clarkson gave Kwatinetz the boot earlier this year and hired Reba McEntire’s manager/husband Narvel Blackstock.

According to the NY Daily News, Britney Spears allegedly stormed out of the celeb-friendly Chateau Marmont earlier this week when she was told the only table available was next to Victoria Beckham.

Flashback to seven years ago, Britney and Posh looked quite chummy together, arms wrapped around one another. Did these two really have a falling out??

Britney Spears is back together again with “rising but not really rising pop star” cousin/ex-assistant Alli Sims, hitting up Winston’s night club in Los Angeles on Thursday night.

Britney wore matching black wide-leg sweatpants and bandeau top and accessorized her look with red tinted aviator shades and a light pink Chanel handbag. She was also seen sucking on a lollipop on her way into the club.

Alli also cleared up rumors about her and Britney being cousins: “We are cousins through marriage, and it’s the south! My grandmother’s sister is married to her grandfather. So my mom and her dad are first cousins through marriage. I grew up in Baton Rouge and moved there when I was 16. We hung out when we were really little, but I moved away and didn’t hang out with her again until high school.”

Catherine Bell dresses up in a “Scarlett Style” Leona Edmiston dress for her appearance on FOX’s The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet. The Army Wives actress finished off her look with simple red sandals and a tan handbag.

Britney Spears dined in the same floral print dress at Cravings restaurant on Sunset Plaza last week. The pop princess completed her look with fire engine red accessories — head scarf, handbag and heels.

The fun just don’t stop for Britney!

Sean Preston, 22 months, is reportedly having teeth problems, according to Us Weekly.

Says an insider, “He’s having dental problems because Britney just shoves a bottle of juice in his mouth all the time to stop him from crying.”

Britney has even become so bothered by Sean P.’s teeth yellowing, she “asked an L.A. dentist if he would whiten her kid’s teeth!” Thankfully, the dentist refused.

A Spears pal adds, “[Britney] feeds them total crap like Doritos and soda.” She also reportedly gives him chewing gum (potential choking hazard).

And how does Britney put Sean P. to bed? Says the source, “She fed Sean ice cream before bed because the cold would make him sleepy.”

Life & Style Weekly and Us Weekly have nearly identical covers this week, calling Britney Spears out on being a bad mother.

L&S claims Sean P., 22 months, fetches Britney’s cigarettes for her!!!!!

“When Britney and Kevin were first married, she objected to his smoking around the kids, the insider notes, but now ’she smokes like a chimney in front of them.’ Even worse, when Brit misplaces her pack of cigarettes, she’ll actually turn to Sean and say, ‘Baby, where are Mama’s lollipops?’ Sean runs, gets her cigarettes and brings them back to her.”

K-fed to one partygoer: “People are telling me I should take the kids away from her. I’m glad the world is finally giving me the benefit of the doubt that I’m actually a good father.”

Britney’s sons don’t have stability: “It’s tragic what these boys are exposed to on a daily basis. Kids thrive on routine and the feeling of safety, and Sean and Jayden have neither. Their lives are subject to Brit’s whims.”

Britney constantly hands kids when she’s tired: “She has a short attention span, and that applies to caring for her kids. Jayden is at a fussy stage, and when he starts crying, Brit hands the baby to a bodyguard to calm him down. When she needs a break, she gives her boys to the nearest person — even shopgirls at clothing stores!”

When Sean asks for Grandma, Britney: “tells the boys, ‘she’s a bad lady.’”

BRITNEY’S BOYS CRY FOR HELP!

Us Weekly is throwing Britney Spears under the bus in this week’s issue.

The harsh cover blurb reads: “Soda in baby bottles, mommy’s many men, nighttime cries for Daddy’s love. Kevin battles for Sean & Jayden as Britney grows more dangerous.”

The inset has the lovely picture of Britney dancing on a stripper pole from her latest music video shoot, which is still incomplete.

Life and Style is also reporting that Britney just sold her Malibu mansion for just under $12 million. The seven-bedroom mansion, purchased by an anonymous buyer, sits on a 1.53-acre hilltop site in the gated Serra Retreat section of Malibu.

Britney, meanwhile, is living full time in the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.
