The 27-year-old entertainer recently spoke about how she was the driving force behind her Circus tour, saying, “A lot of people thought I wouldn’t make it. People thought I was finished, didn’t they? I guess for a while last year it looked that way. Nothing I can do about the past. But I’m hoping to prove them wrong now. And I have really put everything I have into this new show.”

Britney Spears and her agent Jason Trawick are preparing to walk down the aisle, reports Star.

The mag reports that Jason popped the question while they were vacationing in the Bahamas last month.

“He didn’t exactly get down on one knee, but Brit didn’t care. She said yes, and they opened a bottle of champagne to celebrate,” says an insider. “Jason held Britney for a long time and kissed her cheeks. They talked about their future for hours and didn’t go to sleep until after 3 a.m.! They just wanted to be alone together.”

A December wedding would make the most sense — after her Circus world tour wraps this fall.

A tired-looking Britney Spears returns to her London hotel at 3am after another concert performance at London’s O2 Arena on Saturday (June 13).

The 27-year-old pop princess has her final show of her London leg tonight. And on Wednesday, Brit will be in UK’s Manchester to perform at the M.E.N. Arena.

Britney is bringing her Circus tour back to North America, kicking off Aug. 20 in Canada and stopping in several U.S. cities, including New York, Philadelphia, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. She also announced this week that her tour will go to Australia in November.

Britney Spears is dating her agent, Jason Trawick, reports People.

And her family approves!

“They are totally and definitely dating,” a source reveals. “Her dad [Jamie] loves him. He’s the best thing that happened to her. They’re very sweet together. [Britney] always had a crush [on Jason]. He makes Britney really happy, and he’s great with [her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James].”

FYI: Jason is also one of her older brother Bryan’s best friends.

Britney Spears gets a little shy as she blows off some steam at Maddox nightclub in London on Saturday (June 6).

The 27-year-old Mississippi-born pop star has been working her tail off in London with her Circus Tour. Brit left the club fairly early and didn’t seem to be in her usual party-mode. She wore a low-key plaid shirt and black pants and boots. Casual much?

Britney Spears kicks-off the first European stop of her “Circus” tour at the O2 Arena in London, England on Wednesday (June 3).

The 27-year-old singer’s former assistant, Alli Sims has just shared about her experience working for Britney. “I just feel like, you know, she had kids fast,” Alli said. “There was a divorce going on and that’s a lot for a young person to handle.”

“She was just like, ‘I wasn’t ready for them… you know, to go home’,” Alli recounted to Access Hollywood. “It was a mom just being protective and a mom that didn’t want her kids to leave… I mean, it’s weird when you have kids three days a week and you’re used to having them all day everyday.”

Justin Timberlake admitted to sleeping with ex-girlfriend Britney Spears on yesterday’s episode of Saturday Night Live (in so many words).

During one of the comedy sketches, the 28-year-old Sexyback singer poked fun at himself by playing a fictitious ancestor of his — immigrant Cornelius Timberlake — and predicting the future.

Justin spouted off, saying, “I’d like to think that at first, he’ll date a popular female singer (Britney Spears). Publicly, they’ll claim to be virgins. But privately, he hit it.”

He continued joking: “Then, he’ll make love with women so beautiful and so often that it won’t be enough for him and he’ll, I don’t know, try some stuff with guys. I mean, he’ll be straight! Forget that part! Everything is true except that part!”

It’s always a circus with Britney Spears!

Earlier today, JustJared.com reported that overzealous fan 20-year-old Kyle King jumped on stage in front Britney while she was performing “Womanizer” at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Conn. (He has since been cited with a single breach of peace charge.)
