Pete Wentz and wife Ashlee Simpson take their 7-month-old son, Bronx Mowgli, to a vintage car show at Travis Barker’s shop ‘Famous Stars and Straps’ in Los Angeles on Saturday (June 20).

Over the weekend, I watched the pilot of CW’s new Melrose Place. In Ashlee’s opening scene, she screams like a banshee after finding a dead body floating in the pool of her apartment complex. Unfortunately, the rest of her time in the episode is not very memorable.

Producers squeezed in a lot of scenes into the pilot, so things seemed a bit choppy. The most enjoyable character to watch was Michael Rady, who plays cute and quirky aspiring filmmaker Jonah Miller. He makes his living as a videographer of weddings and bar mitzvahs for the rich and famous after moving to Los Angeles with his fiancee Riley Richmond (Jessica Lucas).

Melrose Place will air on Tuesdays @ 9PM ET/PT after 90210. Check out the preview below!

Ashlee Simpson spends the afternoon with hubby Pete Wentz and their 6-month-old son Bronx Mowgli at A Time for Heroes Celebrity Carnival on Sunday (June 7).

The 24-year-old pop rock singer attended the Disney-sponsored event to benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.

Ashlee is also gearing up for a new full-time role in CW’s Melrose Place. Talking to MTV News, Ashlee shared that, “It’s exciting because we don’t get to see the next episode. We don’t get to read the scripts until we’re actually about to shoot it, and everyone is dying to know what’s going to happen to their characters, so it’s fun. It’ll be exciting to play that arc. … It’s got good drama.”

Ashlee Simpson brings baby Bronx, 4 months, to the set of her new CW show, Melrose Place, in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday (April 18).

The new Melrose Place is a a remake of the hit 90’s show. The cast also includes Katie Cassidy, Laura Leighton, Jessica Lucas, Stephanie Jacobsen, Ryan Eggold, Michael Rady, Shaun Sipos, Colin Egglesfield and Thomas Calabro. Ashlee will play the role of Violet Foster, a small-town girl who comes to L.A. with a secret.

Fallout Boy bassist Pete Wentz and wife Ashlee Simpson have just showed off the Disney-fied bedroom of their baby boy Bronx Wentz, 4 months.

Pete, 29, writes, “I know we’ve been very protective over our son and what people see. But everyone knows we’re huge Disney fans and we wanted to give the peeps over at Disney Consumer Products a shout-out for coming in and helping design his nursery. These are pictures of the walls before we got all his gear in there. The chalk board is real. We also had the artist that draws Pooh do the art…. Eeyore’s tail is velcroed on.”

Ashlee Simpson shows off her baby boy Bronx Wentz, 4 months, in this new picture posted on her Twitter.

The 24-year-old actress/singer writes, “I present you my little man and his adorable cheeks!”

She also invited Solange Knowles (Beyonce’s little sister) over to her home. She writes, “Yeah I’m in town shooting tomorrow but around this week. You guys should come over.”

Solange has a 4-year-old son named Daniel Julez Smith, Jr.

Ashlee Simpson and husband Pete Wentz take their baby boy Bronx Wentz, 3 months, catch a departing flight to London at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Tuesday (March 3).

Pete, 29, recently shared his secret to putting Bronx to sleep. He told UK’s Daily Mail, “To get our son to sleep we play him Bob Dylan’s ‘You Belong To Me’. Or a little Sinatra.”

The Fall Out Boy rocker continued, “My boy’s probably the last person in the world to appreciate my singing voice. Although I wrote a lullaby especially for him – you’ll find it on our new album if you look hard enough – it’s a hidden track. We had so much fun doing it I’m going to put out an album of songs for children.”

The first picture of 1-month-old Bronx Wentz has been posted on FOE by his parents Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz. (They decided not to pimp their baby out to tabloids.)

Their e-card reads: “Happy Holidays to all of our friends! Love Pete, Ashlee and Bronx.

“We decided to share the best gift we could ever receive with you: Bronx Mowgli Wentz. We couldn’t be happier. And in the spirit of the holidays, we’d like to encourage you to give on your own. Pete Wentz has taken to his blog to address rumors that he and wife Ashlee Simpson are selling tabloids the first pictures of their son Bronx Mowgli, 3 weeks.

In an entry titled, “Ring, ring, it’s the truth calling,” Pete writes, “About baby pics gossip: truth is like every celeb couple we were offered mounds and mounds of money by mags from here to Guam to pimp out the baby. We just don’t want to go down that road with him.”

“We are not placing judgment on those that do as they often use the money in a very charitable way. However, we have made the decision to not sell Bronx’s baby pictures right now. We understand that like other celebrities have said, ‘There is a bounty on our heads’ for these pictures. There is a danger when there are cameras being held over walls and into our backyard. We are followed day and night and that was fine when it was us but we are going to do our best to shelter Bronx from that as much as possible. It’s scary to be followed by 10 cars to your home. We understand the curiosity, just not the viciousness that comes along with it when it becomes so insatiable. We know there will be a time when we’ll share him with everyone because that insatiable curiousity [sic] becomes unsafe or simply because we’re proud parents who want to show him off! We know our fans support and care about us and want to know about our family and we’ve always been straight up and open with those who care about us most, so at some time, when it makes sense, Bronx will be out in the world.

“In the meantime, we’d like to say thank you to those who have allowed us relative privacy in letting us just be a family for now - and to enjoy all the happiness he’s brought us.”
