Rumer Willis, toting around the YSL Metallic Downtown Bag, stops at Urth Cafe in West Hollywood on Wednesday night with a new boy toy.

Not only was the 19-year-old sporting another pair of oversized glasses, Rumer sported a tattoo on her left shoulder blade. But it’s probably not permanent and just a temporary henna tattoo!

Rumer’s sure been rocking some funky frames lately!

Rumer Willis keeps her hair under wraps again (as she lets it grow) at the premiere of the The Water Horse: Legend of the Deep” at the Pacific Cinerama Dome Theatre on Saturday in Hollywood.

The Water Horse: Legend of the Deep is directed by Jay Russell (Ladder 49, Tuck Everlasting) and is about a lonely boy who discovers a mysterious egg that hatches a sea creature of Scottish legend. The family adventure film opens in theaters nationwide on Christmas Day!

Rumer Willis shows off her fine figure in a sheer top at the 2007 GQ Men Of The Year Awards held at Chateau Marmont on Wednesday in Hollywood.

“When you dye your hair blond it tends to get a little ragged so then I cut it off,” she explained of her new dark do.

Rumer, 19, also joked to USA Today that she hasn’t quite abandoned all hope that her father, Bruce Willis, might be recognized for his performance in Die Hard 4.

“It was pretty epic,” she laughed. “(His nomination) would be an awesome thing for our family, but I think the movies that get chosen for Oscars have a different kind of thing.”

Added Rumer, “I love spending time with [my dad]. He truly is one of those people that makes me laugh, so anytime I get to spend with him is great.”

Demi Moore takes her eldest daughter Rumer, 19, shopping at the exclusive ERES swimwear and lingerie store on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills on Monday. The pair left with shopping bags full of swimwear and intimates.

Rumer was seen wearing a Kabbalah bracelet just like her mother as she left the upscale store.

Next month, Rumer will assist in the Golden Globes ceremony as Miss Golden Globe.

Rumer Willis, daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, has just been named Miss Golden Globe by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association at LA’s Beverly Hilton Hotel on Wednesday.

“We are delighted to have Rumer Willis join us to celebrate ‘The 65th Annual Golden Globe Awards,’” said HFPA President Jorge Camara at the announcement. “Since both of her parents have enjoyed successful entertainment careers in the acting profession, she is doubly qualified to serve as Miss Golden Globe.” (Miss Golden Globe is traditionally awarded to the daughter of a well-known celebrity.)

Previous Miss Golden Globe honorees include Lorraine Nicholson (daughter of Jack Nicholson and Rebecca Broussard), Laura Dern (daughter of Diane Ladd and Bruce Dern), Joely Fisher (daughter of Connie Stevens and Eddie Fisher), and Melanie Griffith (daughter of Tippi Hedren).

Rumer Willis keeps her latest hairstyle under wraps with a beanie as checks herself and her numerous bags in at LAX airport on Tuesday in Los Angeles. The eldest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore flew first class Delta.

Rumer, 19, joked to People last week, saying, “I feel like I’m really famous now.”

She added, “Before I started working, I would have said, ‘You know, it’s not really fair, because I didn’t choose this.’ But when you decide to be a part of this profession and put yourself out there, then you kind of have to accept what it is. [But] I think they know that I’ve had great role models. It’s a 24-hour job. It doesn’t matter if you are going out to a restaurant – you have to be aware of what you are doing and how you look and how you are presenting yourself, because most of the time people never get to know you… Being famous isn’t going to parties … it’s about being able to use the power that we all have to kind of give back.”
