Last night’s new episode of The CW’s Gossip Girl placed sixth in its timeslot behind ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, CBS’s How I Met Your Mother, FOX’s Bones, Univision’s Al Diablo con los Guapos and NBC’s Gladiators.

Costar Michelle Trachtenberg spoke with TV Guide and learned that Leighton’s been blowing up her spot!

I was reading that on the set, they call her “Georg-i-na,” as in “rhymes with a female body part.” Oh dear! Who told you that?

I believe it’s Leighton Meester who’s out there telling that tale. [Laughs] There are definitely many nicknames for Georgina.

What do you think Georgina’s motive is for making Serena’s life a living hell? She wants a friend. I know that may not seem like too much motivation, but to some people a friendship and the loss of a friendship can be devastating. Also, when Georgina sets her mind to something there’s nothing that can stand between her and getting it.

Chace Crawford is going to be at the grand opening of the Stoli Hotel in New York City later today.

Inspired by the Hotel Moskva, the iconic hotel on the Stoli bottle’s label, the 25,000 square-foot Stoli Hotel boasts a cutting-edge design to rival the world’s most fashionable hotels.

The Stoli Hotel was launched in Los Angeles and has traveled to Chicago and Miami. New York is the final stop on the Hotel’s multi-city tour.

I’m going to try and chase Chace down to ask him a few questions. If you’ve got any, leave them in the comments section and I’ll try to get them answered!

The 22-year-old pretty boy actor filmed scenes for his TV drama, Gossip Girl, with Sam Robards (his TV father, Howie ‘The Captain’ Archibald).

A new episode of Gossip Girl called “All About My Brother” airs this Monday @ 8PM ET/PT on The CW. Supposedly, Serena (Blake Lively) wants to confront Georgina (Michelle Trachtenberg) but G leaves before S gets the chance to.

The cast of Gossip Girl film a the wedding scene on a rainy Tuesday in New York City.

If you’ve been following the show, wedding bells are ringing for Lily van der Woodsen (Serena’s mom, played by Kelly Rutherford) and Bart Bass (Chuck’s father, played by Robert John Burke).

Spotted on set: Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick, Jessica Szohr, Penn Badgley and Leighton Meester. They all started filming this scene last Wednesday at NYC’s Palace Hotel.

Chace Crawford is amongst the first to test drive the new Mario Kart Wii video game at Nintendo’s daytime block party at the Nintendo World store in NYC’s Rockefeller Center on Saturday.

The 22-year-old Gossip Girl hottie posed with Nintendo mascot Mario and also helped debuted the Wii Wheel, which lets players wirelessly steer their car.

Mario Kart Wii, which is available everywhere tomorrow (April 27), allows players to race against each other through the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. Wiiiiiiiiiiii!

And, no, this post’s title is not in reference to ex-girlfriend Carrie Underwood’s hit single “Jesus, Take the Wheel.” No, no reference at all.
