The cast of Gossip Girl film a the wedding scene on a rainy Tuesday in New York City.

If you’ve been following the show, wedding bells are ringing for Lily van der Woodsen (Serena’s mom, played by Kelly Rutherford) and Bart Bass (Chuck’s father, played by Robert John Burke).

Spotted on set: Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick, Jessica Szohr, Penn Badgley and Leighton Meester. They all started filming this scene last Wednesday at NYC’s Palace Hotel.

Chace Crawford is amongst the first to test drive the new Mario Kart Wii video game at Nintendo’s daytime block party at the Nintendo World store in NYC’s Rockefeller Center on Saturday.

The 22-year-old Gossip Girl hottie posed with Nintendo mascot Mario and also helped debuted the Wii Wheel, which lets players wirelessly steer their car.

Mario Kart Wii, which is available everywhere tomorrow (April 27), allows players to race against each other through the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. Wiiiiiiiiiiii!

And, no, this post’s title is not in reference to ex-girlfriend Carrie Underwood’s hit single “Jesus, Take the Wheel.” No, no reference at all.

Chace Crawford keeps his arm around his rumored new girlfriend Casey Laine in New York City this past weekend.

Ms. Laine is from around the Dallas area where Chace grew up.

Is Casey speaking out about her relationship with Chace? Her MySpace reads, “Kiss me slow and softly. Make me dream of you.”

Gossip Girl stars Leighton Meester, Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr visit CBS’s Early Show in NYC on Friday.

The CW announced on Thursday that the rest of this season’s episodes of Gossip Girl would not be made available online for streaming.

On The Early Show, Leighton was wearing the dress she recently picked out at Armani.

Jessica didn’t quash the rumor that her character (Vanessa) may hook up with Chace’s character (Nate) in an upcoming episode!

Chace Crawford and Penn Badgley stop by the CW11 Morning Show on Thursday morning in New York City.

The Gossip Girl hotties chatted a bit about running into each other in Europe, the gay character on Gossip Girl and how life is in the public eye.

When asked to describe his perfect companion, Chace answered, “I don’t have any real guidelines for any particular girl. If they ring your bell, they ring your bell.”

Carrie Underwood apparently doesn’t ring Chace’s cell!

And when the two of them were asked what they would take with them on a deserted island, Chace joked, “The Gossip Girl book series.”

And to top off the interview, one of the news anchors commented on how sexy Penn and Chace’s hair looked. She said, “I dig their hair. I was, like, appreciating it as a woman. I like that whole manly thing.” HAHAHA!

Carrie Underwood doesn’t need to mend a broken heart–she apparently broke up with Gossip Girl hunk Chace Crawford via text message.

YES, TEXT MESSAGE!

“It was completely mutual,” the 25-year-old American Idol alum told Extra. “We’re both fine…We broke up over text so…It’s like ‘peace out.’”

Continued Carrie, “It just didn’t work…And we both knew it didn’t work and no hard feelings at all whatsoever… I haven’t talked to him in awhile but, I mean, I don’t dislike him… So it’s no big deal.”

Dating can be tough in the public eye admits Carrie: “It’s difficult while you’re dating because people always make a lot bigger deal of things than they actually are… And then when you break up with somebody and then like two months later it comes out and it’s like you’re rehashing old stuff… I don’t know why that’s all out now.”
