The 33-year-old actress then watched Stuart play fetch with his dogs before going bodysurfing with a friend.

Charlize has just signed with WME (William Morris Endeavor), after being without a talent agent since 2003. Her agent at WME will be co-CEO Ari Emanuel, (brother of the current White House Chief of Staff is Rahm Emanuel), Variety reports.

Charlize Theron catches lunch with a friend at Nonna of Italy in West Hollywood on Monday (June 8).

The 33-year-old actress recently signed a petition boycotting one of the top restaurants in England, Nobu London for serving near-extinct bluefin tuna. Charlize is joined by Sienna Miller, Elle Macpherson, Sting, Woody Harrelson, and 26 other celebrities on the petition.

The petition was released jointly with a new documentary End of the Line which details the plight of overfishing.

The restaurant, which is also co-owned by Robert De Niro, is expected to respond today.

The movie takes place in Iraq where a U.S. Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) unit is forced to play a dangerous game of cat and mouse in the chaos of war in a city. Everyone is a potential enemy and every object could be a deadly bomb. Renner plays the leader of the EOD team, as he contends with not only defusing bombs in the backdrop of a war, but also the psychological and emotional strain that it inflicts.

Charlize Theron is very displeased with California Supreme Court’s ruling to uphold Proposition 8, which makes it illegal for same-sex couples to marry.

“I am deeply disappointed by the Supreme Court’s ruling on Prop 8 today,” the Academy Award-winner tells E!’s Marc Malkin. “I don’t agree with homophobia or discrimination of any kind. I will continue to fight this fight for equality and speak up for the basic civil rights of all Americans.”

Earlier this month, Charlize, 33, attended the Meet in the Middle for Equality rally. Yesterday, stars like Drew Barrymore and Sophia Bush was seen showing her support at the gay marriage rally.

At the event, the 33-year-old actress presented pal (and Hancock costar) Will Smith with the Humanitarian Award.

According to E!, Charlize is also lending her support to Meet in the Middle for Equality, an upcoming rally for gay marriage in Fresno (central California).

“We know the people whose lives are on the line—those who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender—will be there,” Charlize says. “But we need everyone there. Especially straight people. While we don’t know when the Supreme Court will rule exactly, we know it will be within the next four weeks. Californians need to be prepared to commit right now to go to Fresno on the Saturday after the decision is announced, no matter what that decision may be. The battle for equality has to be fought in Middle America—in places like Fresno, California—not just in gay-friendly cities like San Francisco and Los Angeles. Charlize Theron leaves the George V Hotel to attend the Dior fashion show where anti-fur campaigners were protesting in Paris, France on Friday (March 6).

The 33-year-old South African bombshell also appeared as a guest on Spain’s Saturday Night Live in Madrid, Spain on Thursday night (March 5).

Sounds like Charlize is looking to take on a more diverse role, saying, “The next one has to be a comedy. I’ve always let it be known that I would love to do a musical!”

The 33-year-old actress wore a pair of skinny Kova & T jeans and Kiki de Montparnasse tank, topping off her look with a Isabel Marant jacket and stylish Giuseppe Zanotti shoes.

Charlize said this week on the British TV show Richard and Judy that, “The next [movie I do] has to be a comedy. I’ve always let it be known that I would love to do a musical. I love going to ballet, it’s very cathartic.”

“I’ve absolutely no desire,” Charlize added of getting engaged to her boyfriend Stuart Townsend. “It’s just not something that I’ve ever kind of wanted. I like being his girlfriend.”
